We ordered a bouquet for mom's birthday. A bouquet in a decorative box. They were delivered on time, but for some reason in disassembled form, i.e. the bouquet is separate, the box is separate. It's strange in general, how to give in this case??? The condition of the flowers leaves much to be desired, there are clearly not fresh ones. The bouquet is assembled somehow, somewhere a branch sticks out incomprehensibly ... there is no such organicity as in the photo. Does not match the declared appearance on the site. Although it costs a lot. We don't want to order here anymore. I attached photos of the bouquet "on the website" and "reality" to the review
