They accept Mastercard and dollars. They'll call a taxi. Not everyone speaks Russian, and neither does English. Google Translator is driving.

Of the advantages, only the location. The hotel is not designed for a normal stay. There are screams, noise, and music on the veranda until late at night. At the end, a drunken, screaming crowd descends the stairs at one o'clock in the morning. In addition, waste and bags rattling with bottles are continuously lowered by the windows on a freight elevator from the cafe. Then they start cleaning the terrace - the noise of tables being moved. It all ends at 2 a.m. In the morning, there are no conditions for a normal breakfast - only burgers. Room cleaning is carried out normally, but it is impossible to guess the cleaning time. We constantly have to wait for the end of cleaning. The bed linen has not been changed in a week. I do not recommend it categorically.

A very cozy hotel in the old part of the city. When I checked in, I thought it would be noisy, but no, it was very quiet and cozy. The rooms, corridors and grounds are stylishly decorated! The room has everything you need. The breakfast is excellent, interesting serving, delicious! The staff is courteous, polite, all questions have been answered. The location of the hotel itself is also cool. I recommend it!

Half a month has passed, and I still remember my stay at the Mono Hotel every day. This is really the place you want to go back to! ❤️ The atmosphere in the hotel is so cozy and homely that it feels like you are staying with your friends. Honestly, I didn't even want to leave! The rooms are small, but they are decorated with love, and they are incredibly comfortable. I would like to express my special gratitude to the hotel team — Aziz, Ülkü and Guneş Ismail. Their professionalism and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The Mono Hotel is also conveniently located close to all major attractions, making it an ideal choice for tourists. I will definitely come back here and I would be happy to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for comfort and a friendly atmosphere!
