A real living monument that has remained itself for many centuries. It is impossible to avoid it, because it is located in the center of all the main tourist routes of Bukhara. The good news is that there is no oriental bazaar in its worst sense - with annoying, clingy merchants who try to cram everything in, cheat if possible, and shout something offensive after leaving without shopping. You will not find all this familiar from Egypt, Tunisia or Turkey here. Trading is going on, but calmly and one can even say with dignity, the choice is good, the prices, in general, are not at all "charged", which can be expected from such a lively place, and bargaining is also appropriate. They left with purchases not because they were "crammed in", but because they found the right, interesting, for a normal price and the process of searching and choosing was a pleasure. In general, a place where you can combine the useful - an inspection of an ancient monument, with a pleasant one, if you want anything.
