I wish there were more polite staff at this point. I was buying goods, I said in advance that there was a discount card and a certificate, the girl at the checkout punched through the certificate first, and then she said, that's it, I won't hold the card, because it was too late, I should have immediately issued the discount card, and then the certificate. It was said with rolled eyes and a very displeased tone. It's a shame that the purchase was made for 70p and no bonuses will be credited.

I wanted to buy a Shu lip pencil at the Mila store, but I couldn't make the purchase. The barcode was erased on the product, and there was no manual price tag, so the staff could not punch it at the checkout. I would like the store to be more attentive to the display and updating of price tags. This would greatly simplify the purchase process and make the service more convenient for customers.
