I wish there were more polite staff at this point. It was said with rolled eyes and a very displeased tone. It's a shame that the purchase was made for 70p and no bonuses will be credited.

I wanted to buy a Shu lip pencil at the Mila store, but I couldn't make the purchase. The barcode was erased on the product, and there was no manual price tag, so the staff could not punch it at the checkout. I would like the store to be more attentive to the display and updating of price tags. This would greatly simplify the purchase process and make the service more convenient for customers.
