It wasn't a product consultation. The seller didn't pay any attention to me. Ok. I walked around and looked at the assortment. I needed to ask a question. I honestly looked at her very expressively, but she continued the conversation. I had to interrupt them and ask about the availability of the product. Attention! You need to be able to do this. Without stopping the conversation, the lady brought me a couple of jumpers, without specifying the size, and left to chat again))). I didn't even see a chance to reach her from the fitting room. She went out. I asked about a couple more positions. She brought it. I asked if there was a color. To which I was told - ha, not anymore, a sale, they wanted 😂😂. Are you sending them to Italy to study at outlets? Where the sale is a plus for the store, and they are trying to help you choose the right thing, because in the end you will buy for a larger amount than the initial price. I have Sorochinskaya's things. There are no complaints about the quality. But there are big questions about the quality of employees. I don't think I'll go anymore. I'd rather go to Italy.

I periodically visit this store in different shopping centers in Minsk because many Belarusian brands are trending now (and this one is no exception). The price range is from 250 to 400 Belarusian rubles. The assortment is average, but there are interesting things. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a blazer and a dress at various retail outlets. After a while, I decided to return it, for certain reasons. There were no problems in the shopping center "Castle" (the sales girls were very correct and treated the situation with understanding). The Dana Mall shopping center is another matter. The seller Victoria treated the return as if she had been personally insulted. I examined the thing for a long time, apparently trying to find signs of socks in it. When asked about the terms of the refund, she said that they would call me within 7 days (apparently the person is well acquainted with the Law "On Consumer Rights") Naturally, I got a call on the 7th day at 8 pm. I have a question! Is the store's revenue so bad that they couldn't return 350 rubles to me in seven days? And it was also the first time I encountered such a scooping, arrogant attitude on the part of the seller. If you want to successfully develop your brand, I advise you to reconsider your approach to work. And as an example, I can recommend Massimo Dutti. You really have a lot to learn there.
