I was in the store today, March 11 at 19:00. Just an amazing consultant girl. We tried on a lot of coats with her, colors and cuts that I wouldn't have dared, but in the end they had a wow effect. It was so comfortable to communicate. Another girl came to ask about a bomber jacket, she heard out of the corner of her ear that it was not available, so this girl called and asked other stores. There are no words. I haven't even seen such a service in the local "Neighbors". When I entered the store, the consultant was chatting with a customer (maybe a potential one, maybe she had already bought something). But the topic of the conversation was abstract. It wasn't a product consultation. The seller didn't pay any attention to me. Ok. I walked around and looked at the assortment. I needed to ask a question. I honestly looked at her very expressively, but she continued the conversation. I had to interrupt them and ask about the availability of the product. Attention! You need to be able to do this. Without stopping the conversation, the lady brought me a couple of jumpers, without specifying the size, and left to chat again))). I didn't even see a chance to reach her from the fitting room. She went out. I asked about a couple more positions. She brought it. I asked if there was a color. To which I was told - ha, not anymore, a sale, they wanted 😂😂. Are you sending them to Italy to study at outlets? Where the sale is a plus for the store, and they are trying to help you choose the right thing, because in the end you will buy for a larger amount than the initial price. I have Sorochinskaya's things. There are no complaints about the quality. But there are big questions about the quality of employees. I don't think I'll go anymore. I'd rather go to Italy.
