My son and I received duplicate birth certificates in different districts. So, in Yunusabad (former Kirov) district the seal is in two languages (Uzbek and Russian), and in Sheikhantaur (former Oktyabrsky) district, unfortunately the seal is only in Uzbek and, despite the fact that the form itself is bilingual, translation and notarization of this seal will still be required!!!
