Ask in advance in which languages the forms and stamps of these establishments are in. If only in the state language, then in some cases their translation into Russian will be required, which will also need to be notarized! My son and I received duplicate birth certificates in different districts. So, in Yunusabad (former Kirov) district the seal is in two languages (Uzbek and Russian), and in Sheikhantaur (former Oktyabrsky) district, unfortunately the seal is only in Uzbek and, despite the fact that the form itself is bilingual, translation and notarization of this seal will still be required!!!

I sit, paid for the service immediately (the reason for updating the metric) and wait for her for half an hour, just sits in her office and bazaars on time for the workflow, I know that her friend has family problems, I know which clothing brands she prefers, I know the names of her children, I know what secrets from her husband! Do you know why? Because she can be heard from the office while I see her in the hallway. The absurdity is simple. Half an hour, HALF an HOUR I waited for a certificate with a stamp that "We apologize for making a typo on the metric" (by the way, they also have jambs on the metric), have a good day, I hope their problems are solved so that in the future there will be no queues of such, a parallel punch in the ear shoots, well, fierce service is straight.
