We were waiting high ranking oficials, and wanted to bring them to this cafe. That is why we had to visit several times to this place and tasted their entire menu. Food tastes different every time, every day, but they keep saying the chief is the same. Prices are unreasonably high. Their special foods are also not special actually, only its appearance maybe special, bot taste. Service is not good also. You have to wait very long, even ordinary food.

If I had to choose one thing about my most disappointing experience in Uzbekistan, it would have to be visiting this restaurant. As soon as I walked in tonight and was rudely told by security that I couldn't bring any of my belongings in, I knew this visit was going to be a disaster. When I sat down and tried to place my order, I was surprised to find no one would bother me. I tried to get help from two staff members, but it didn't seem to work. I finally asked a third waiter for help and took my order. Then came the disaster. I ordered a main course, bread, and a beer. The system showed the waiter had taken my order at 8:14, but at 9:10, I still hadn't received my main course. Believe it or not, I waited almost an hour for my main course! When I argued with the supervisor and the waiter, I didn't even get an apology, only an explanation that the chef was new. No one apologized for the hour-long wait. Even more outrageous, when it came time to pay, they still asked me to pay for the bread that came with my main course... This is the most outrageous thing I've encountered in so many restaurants in so many countries. I'm really sad that there has been no compensation or resolution from the restaurant. Agar Oʻzbekistonda mening eng yomon, eng hayratlanarli tajribamdan birini tanlashim kerak boʻlsa, u bugun kechasi ushbu restoran ga tashrifimdir, bu shubhasiz. Men ichkariga birinchi qadam qoʻygancha, xavfsizlik xodimi menga jiddiyrogʻi shiddat bilan gapirdi — menga hech qanday narsalarimni ichkariga olib kirishimga ruxsat bermaslikni aytdi. Shu paytdan boshlab men bu hodisa halokatli boʻladi deganini bildim. Oyna oldiga oʻtirganimdan keyin buyurtma berishga harakat qildim, ammo hech kim menga hatto bir koʻz tashlamadi. Ikki xodimni chaqirdim, ammo ikkalasi ham meni mutlaqo eʼtiborsiz qoldirdi. Faqat uchinchi ofitsiantni topganimdan keyin kimdir nihoyat buyurtmamni qabul qildi. Keyin esa haqiqiy dahshat yuzaga keldi. Men asosiy ovqat, non va pivni buyurtma berdim. Tizimda buyurtmam 20:14 da qabul qilinganligi koʻrsatiladi — ammo 21:10 gacha? Mening asosiy ovqatim hali hech qayerda koʻrinmadi. Aytaman aniq: faqat asosiy ovqatim uchun deyarli bir soat kutdim. Bu bemaʻn kutish haqida mudir va ofitsiant bilan gaplashganimda, bilasizmi men nimani oldim? Hech qanday uzr soʻramadi. Faqat bemaʻni bahona: «Oshpaz yangi». Hech kim meni bir soat davomida boʻshcha oʻtirib turganim uchun «uzr» deyishmadi. Ammo bu ham yanada bemaʻnroq. Toʻlov qilishga kelganimda, ular asosiy ovqat bilan birga kelishi kerak boʻlgan non uchun meni toʻlov qilishga jurʻat etdi! Men oʻnlab mamlakatlarda restoranlarda ovqat ichganman, va bu hozirgacha mening uchradigan eng bemaʻn, professional boʻlmagan munosabatdir. Yanada hayratlanarli narsa nima? Restoran bu muammoni hal qilish uchun hech narsa taklif qilmadi — hech qanday kompensatsiya, haqiqiy uzr, hal qilish yoʻli yoʻq. Men haqiqatan ham hayratda qoldim.

The place is nice. However, the prices seemed to be expensive. We had Turkish guests, and when we asked for a selective music from DJ they did not listen, and even did not apologize. It was a bit weird because normally in Tashkent clients can request a particular music. Plus, we ordered a certain dish, and the waiter brought a different one and didn't tell us about the substitute until one of our colleagues noticed that. Once the question was asked 'where is our dish...', only then the waiter apologized and explained that the initial food is not available anymore. How can I rate more?

Great food, bar is acceptable, interior design is fantastic and I went in winter I believe it would be so great in summer since it is river side. Nice staff. The prices are acceptable but comparing to tashkent it shall be cosidered as high.
