Recently, my friends and I visited this wonderful khinkalnaya. We were very impressed! The service was top notch. The waiters were polite and attentive, quickly took orders and brought dishes. The atmosphere in the establishment is very cozy and pleasant. We were sitting at a table by the window, which had a beautiful view of the street. The menu was pleased with the variety of dishes. We ordered several types of khinkali and did not lose! They turned out to be incredibly tasty and juicy. The dough is thin, the filling is juicy and fragrant. We also tried other dishes from the menu — khachapuri, shish kebab, salads. Everything was cooked very tasty! The prices in khinkalnaya are quite reasonable. We were satisfied with the quality of the dishes and the service, so we will definitely come back here again! I recommend all lovers of Georgian cuisine to visit this wonderful khinkalnaya!

The administrator does not know how to solve problematic situations created by employees. Yesterday, instead of asking for the bill, the waiter brought another serving of ice cream, but we pointed out the mistake, and he said that since it was his fault, the ice cream would be free, we agreed. Then the receptionist, the waitress and that waiter (the young one, apparently, recently works there) conferred for a long time. And the waitress brought the bill with the ice cream included, to which we were outraged, and she replied, "I ALREADY counted a -20% discount for you." That's how we were supposed to get a discount on our passport! He says, "the waiter and I had a conversation, and you will pay, you ate the ice cream." Anyway, we paid for it. They didn't want to argue. We concluded that it is necessary to study consumer rights in order to know how to behave in problematic situations and not be "made a fool of." The mood is ruined. Guests are not valued. I don't think I'll want to go back to Khinkalnya.

A table was ordered for the birthday celebration. We arrived 15 minutes before the start of the event, and there were only empty plates and utensils on the table. After checking with the waiter whether everything would be set on time, they answered YES. When all the guests arrived at the appointed time, nothing had changed. The table was just as empty. Having seated the guests, everyone was at a loss, especially the birthday girl. The cold snacks arrived only 20 minutes later. The waiter was always disappearing somewhere. An hour later, hot dishes were brought (we agreed 30 minutes after the appointed time), which were absolutely cold. The disgusting and negligent attitude of the waiters in the establishment. Untimely serving of dishes and flying from afar to the table with a loud sound (throwing) made the holiday absolutely spoiled. We'll never come again!

We ordered a table in advance at this establishment on 24.05 at 12:30 for 10 people + a set of "supra" At 11:00, the receptionist called me and asked if there were exactly 10 people and the exact time of arrival. I said that it would take +- 10 minutes (since we were baptizing the child and everything depended on how the priest would finish). I was told that snacks would be waiting for us immediately, and hot food would be served upon arrival. We arrived at 12:45. The result: the first hot dish was served to us at 2:20 p.m. At the same time, neighboring tables where people came from the street without booking a table were served faster. I asked several times when the dishes would be served, to which I was answered for 10-12 minutes, which in fact was not the case. I was not satisfied with the service. I won't order another table.

Compared to other restaurants in Khinkalni, Soligorskaya sags in the kitchen and service! Terrible and disgusting!!! At first, a couple of years ago, I gave 5 stars, but today, May 1, 2025, I would love to slap -5, no..... even -10. We have recruited young people - train them! The guy came in worried, his hands are shaking. You can understand that, but it's more interesting later.: I ordered spicy khinkali, my wife ordered classic ones - the girl brought everything in one plate, and not everything that was ordered was missing 3 spicy ones. To the question of where, the answer was "I don't know" and she left. I also ordered burgers for myself and my son, 1. The dishes and glasses are dirty. In general, May 1, 2025 is the last time I will be in your institution. But as I asked for the bill, everything is written there. To the question "where is all this, you haven't even cooked half of it", the answer is: we can take it with you, wait 10-15 minutes. And yet: when creating an invoice, running around and specifying which wine and dishes we ordered is at least annoying.

Unfortunately, our visit to Khinkalnya left an extremely negative impression. We booked a table in advance for a family holiday, specially came to the institution to discuss the details. However, upon arrival, we found that our table was occupied by other people. It ruined all the mood and plans for the evening. The situation was aggravated by the fact that one of the tables on the summer terrace was talking loudly all evening, disturbing all other visitors, and the staff did not react to this in any way. They also repeatedly brought the wrong dishes that we ordered. The waiters communicated indifferently. The only positive thing is that the dishes were delicious. But even this could not block the negative experience of disorganization, disrespect for guests and incompetence of the staff. We are very disappointed and do not plan to visit this institution anymore.

The most incredibly poor service I've ever seen. The disgusting and neglectful attitude of all the staff, starting from the eternally absent waiters, who are not interested in what is happening at their customers' tables at all, to the receptionist, who decided when and what to serve without asking the guests. The administrator argued and accused the client that the time of submission had been agreed with us, as proof of this, she showed us her notebook with notes. Who wrote the time in this notebook, why it was impossible to specify the time of serving hot food to the guests, why no one came up upon the arrival of the guests and did not specify what else needed to be put on the table - this is not in her line. We booked the table in advance, we were previously asked to make an order. We ordered a minimum, salads, hot dishes, and decided to take the rest on site. We arrived 12 minutes later than the ordered time. The table was set, but none of the waiters came up for an additional order or to clarify the serving of dishes. We had just sat down, washed our hands, and hadn't even ordered alcohol yet, when the waiter came running and immediately brought hot dishes instead of ordering. They tried to explain to the administrator that they didn't work that way, to which she promised to bring hot food later and heat it up, and then said that it would be redone. In fact, the hot stuff was just warmed up (dry crust on potatoes and meat on top). The waiter was constantly called to come to the table, he forgot to bring the ordered items, and then did not pick up the dirty plates. No one was going to ask what else we wanted to order either. At the next table, the company got tired of waiting for the plates to be replaced with clean ones, and they took the plates themselves and placed them at the table. The kitchen is actually quite good, but I would not tolerate such service with a small number of visitors. In Grodno, the planting is twice as large and they work much more efficiently. We were at the institution on 04/12/25.
