On June 4, 2025, in the afternoon, I visited the Nur trading house on N. Nazarbayev Avenue 12 in Kokshetau, where I bought a bag of Barkhan candies weighing 0.5 kg and costing 1610 tenge in the Bayan Sulu branded boutique. I was interested in this novelty in the range of candies. The next day, I went to Astana for a visit. The relatives tried it and frowned - the sweets were completely tasteless, then they examined the package and found that the sweets had expired 6 months ago. The package shows the date of manufacture on 07/29/2024 and the expiration date until 01/29/2025. It was such a shame! I usually always carefully read the texts on the packaging, but that day I only asked the seller if the sweets were fresh, and she nodded, saying, yes, fresh. Well, how can you trust people now? Such an unpleasant story. I managed to take a picture of the package, the candies were thrown away. I will not enter this store again. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves! And candy isn't cheap. I feel very uncomfortable and disgusted when I remember the face of this saleswoman. I ask you to take measures so that future buyers do not get into such stupid situations. P.S. By the way, the seller didn't give me the check, but I didn't pay attention, only now I remembered. And this is another violation that would be of interest to the tax committee.
