This place will leave a vivid impression in my life. We were met by a very polite concierge, we had dinner at the cafe at the hotel, where everything was very tasty, our car was in a safe parking lot, everything was fine, but ... the sighs of vacationing guests were heard all night, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. And we were passing through to Astana and we really wanted to sleep. The cost is good, but there is one thing. Love Island in general.

Overall, a good hotel.
It is located in the northern part of Kostanay. It is convenient if you enter by car from Russia through the border crossing of Bugristoe.
There is a huge parking lot for cars behind the hotel building, passenger cars are parked for free for the guests of the Island, cargo 1500 tons per day.
Nearby is the largest shopping mall in the city - Kostanay Plaza.
It is better to book through the Island's own website - they give a 5% discount and do not require prepayment.
There are rooms for smokers - 2nd floor. Non-smoking rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor. But, as cigarette smoke rises up, including through ventilation, it stinks of smoking in non-smoking rooms. And this is the main problem of this hotel - the smell of smoking is everywhere.
The furnishings in the rooms are acceptable, I lived in the studio - there is everything I need: a small refrigerator, air conditioning, a huge bed, a large TV on the wall, a kettle and dishes, bathrobes, slippers.
The plumbing is damaged, but everything works. Towels are changed every day.
Very tasty breakfasts on the menu, the cost of breakfast is about 2000 rubles.
The center of Kostanay can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes or by taxi in about 700-900t.
Very friendly staff at the reception.
An interesting system of estimated time is a day from the moment of arrival, that is, I stopped by at 16:30, I have to leave before 16:30 the next day. If plans have changed and you need to leave earlier, they recalculate and refund the money for every full day.

Очень хорошие номера, чистые, самые удобные кровати из всех отелей в которых мы бывали. Интернет, смарт тв, холодильник. Кафе заслуживает отдельного уважения, очень вкусные блюда с большим ассортиментом, работает до позднего вечера, после закрытия еду можно заказать в номер в любое время. Стационарный телефон для связи с персоналом отеля. Во дворе есть корпус коттедж чуть дешевле по цене, по качеству почти не уступает, но шумоизоляция там по проще, ночью при заселении в соседние номера слышно каждое слово, а так же все процессы в туалете соседнего номера. Цены для такого сервиса совсем невысокие. Максимальная оценка, спасибо отелю Остров и его персоналу.

The rooms are not spacious, but clean, and the staff is friendly. We liked it. Thanks to the administrator, she found us 3 rooms nearby, breakfast was ordered in the room (prices are reasonable). We also had dinner at the restaurant, they cook delicious, and ate heartily.

There is a small cozy restaurant, the cuisine is delicious, there are also national dishes from friendly countries, such as "tom yam")) Large parking lot. The most disgusting hotel and service.
I booked a two-bed room through the website, drove from the other side, previously wrote to the administrator to confirm the reservation and my room. Everything was confirmed. We arrived with the children at 3 a.m. We were shown to a room, and the room is a single room with one double bed. We are 1 adult and 5 children of different ages ) To my perplexity, to put it mildly, I was simply offered a cot) the administrator did not see it, the prices on the site were not correct, the management refused to give the number, the rooms are occupied, sleep as you want)
Thanks to the maids for being understanding and stealing all the probably free-standing sleeping places from the hotel.
The management did not call back, and did not bring any apologies.

The VIP room is eclectic, clean except for the toilet and kettle, did not use food, service per unit, payment only by cash or transfer, you cannot use a credit card. WiFi is not working. In principle, it will go for 4350, but a dirty toilet, a bathroom plug in a bag, because there is a hole in the plug and it does not fit the size of the hole in the bathroom. Oh, and the Jacuzzi doesn't work, not hydro massage, not air massage. I was thinking like at home.

Гостиница остров пожалуй одна из самых популярных мест среди гостиниц. Цена адекватная. Номера чистые в каждом номере стоит кондиционер что в летний период очень способствует приятному отдыху. Постель чистая белая ещё один момент хочется отметить что у них сервис на высшем уровне как в дорогих отелях а здесь в простом номере можно встретить халаты и полотенца после стирки упаковывают в индивидуальный пакет, видела по Казахстану только в Астане в дипломате в дорогом номере за сутки оплата которого составила за все эти удобства 48 тыс. Тенге а здесь за 10 000 получаешь такой сервис. В общем все круто молодцы марку держат . Рекомендую

Понравилось. Жили в номерах Комфорт в Коттедже. Территория большая, есть парковка. Персонал вежливый. Везде чисто. В номерах очень уютно. Есть все необходимое: посуда, термос, в который можно набрать воду из кулера. В коридоре гладильная доска. В ванной зубные наборы, шапочки для душа. Очень понравилось, что расчётные сутки - это календарные сутки, а не гостиничные - выезд до 12, во сколько бы ни заехал. Мы заселились ночью и выехали ночью следующего дня. Спасибо за прием!

Снимали 4-х местный номер, вполне уютно. В номере три комнаты две спальни и гостинная, в каждой по телевизору. В спальнях качественные матрасы, мебель. В средней комнате (гостинной) удобные диваны, кондиционер, большое зеркало, столик, куллер. Но вот сан.узел можно было бы улучшить- маленькая раковина, не большая душевая кабина, скрипит при каждом движении, для человека высокого или полного вообще не вариант, вытяжка почти не работает, влажность повышена.

The hotel is a motel, the walls are thin, we didn't sleep well, the air conditioner does not cool below 25 degrees, it was blocked, it was 32 outside, it was stuffy anyway. The cafe is expensive, dinner for two cost 12,000 tons, only 3 dishes and tea. In the morning we ate at another cafe for 2000 rubles, ate too much.

Расположен в непосредственной близости от центра.
Приятная атмосфера, хорошая гостиница, номера всегда поддерживаются в чистоте, полотенца регулярно обновляются, кондиционер, тв, холодильник. Короче, все на высоте.
Отдельно хотелось бы выделить кухню. Очень вкусно готовят.

Sometimes I stop for the night, a friend advised a hotel, I definitely would not have found it myself, the rooms are clean, not yet worn-out repairs, everything is decent at the level, like in the summer there was a problem with the air conditioner in the room, but I think everything is solvable. It's noisy and smoky on weekends, take a floor for non-smokers, I can't say anything about food. Recommend.

Понравилось расположение отеля, наличие автостоянки (можно оставить авто на время отпуска). Заказывали номер для некурящих, было чисто и аккуратно. Есть сейф.
Есть и минусы - наличие сауны, бара притягивает туда маргиналов. Так что с детьми я не советовал бы там останавливаться.
Пока мы ждали такси в аэропорт, к нам пристал какой-то пьяный тип, которого как могла отвлекала администратор. Охранник все это время как бы отсутствовал. В целом обошлось мирно.

Я проехал дорогу от Караганды до Анталии, честно скажу это лучший отель где я останавливался. Честный и приветливый персонал. Я снимал апартаменты. Большие 3 комнаты с двумя спальнями, в номере было все, с собой можно ничего не брать. Самое главное он очень понравился детям, для них была отдельная комната. Наша семья там выспалась и отдохнула, как дома! Но, нам надо было ехать дальше домой. Спасибо им большое от чистого сердца. Молодцы.

Очень понравился отель! Уютные номера, мебель очень красивая новая.
Сначала заселились в стандартный номер - очень красивый но к сожалению на тот момент когда мы там были у нас не подключен был кондиционер (их только повесили). Мы переселились в люкс - вообще высший пилотаж, жаль всего на 2е суток))))
Рекомендую номера как стандарт так и люкс.
Обслуживание очень качестаенное. Кухню не пробовали.
Самый главный плюс у этого отеля в том что выселяешься не как везде в 12, а в тоже время когда и заселился. Это безусловный плюс, все бы отели перешли в такой режим..
Спасибо, будем в Казахстане, без сомнения выберем снова именно этот отель!

Гостиница ,норм ,персонал норм, люди в нем тоже адекватные проживают,хоть и пьяные в основном.Кафе ресторан ,готовит вкусно, завтраки достойные есть выбор.До торгового центра можно дойти пешком минут за 15, есть ещё ближе магазинчик по этой же стороне 3 минуты пешком.
