Everything is on 3 ... the condition of the rooms, it seems clean, but then the windows are unwashed for six months, then there is dust on the table, there are no disposable slippers, you need to have your own. I have not tried the hotel's kitchen, and there is a constant invasion of Chinese there, just like in the lobby.. moreover, no one makes comments to them, so that they do not yell.
