We took winter boots from the store, put them on 1-2 times, in rainy weather, and found that the socks were wet on one foot. Let's go to the store to have the product replaced, or make a refund. The shoes were taken away from us for examination, and after 2 weeks they were returned saying that their master had not seen anything. When asked to give us a document confirming that no crack had been found, they refused, called security and began to expel us, saying they did not want to talk about this topic anymore! We plan to make an independent examination and sue this company! I constantly buy shoes from this brand in Moscow, such situations have never happened. DO NOT CONTACT TAMARIS IN YEREVAN AT THE DALMA SHOPPING CENTER! UNFORTUNATELY, THE SERVICE THERE IS TERRIBLE!
