We stayed at the Pisa Hotel in the Laleli region and we were very satisfied! The hotel's location is great — very close to the tram stop, within easy reach of the historical center, the Grand Bazaar and other attractions. There are many shops and cafes around. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well furnished and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jul. Cleaning was done every day, towels and sheets were always immaculate. We would also like to thank the staff in particular — they are very kind, friendly and always ready to help. We felt like we were at home. Thank you very much to the Pisa Hotel family for their warm welcome! We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends! 🫰🏻

Of the advantages: Very good-natured and nice staff! Delicious breakfasts! On your birthday, we received congratulations and a cake with wine from the hotel! Excellent location! Not a high price. Among the disadvantages: poor cleaning, tired furniture, only one light bulb works in the toilet, the double bed turned out to have one-bedroom beds pushed together - they move all night.. Overall, the impression is pleasant, but it's a credit to the staff. 💖
