On the app, the location was incorrect. I was charged extra because the driver first took me to the location shown on the app and only afterwards to the actual destination. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and completely ignored my concern.

Fix your maps, etihad airways crew briefing center is not Zayed International Airport, bcuz of you, i had to pay double the fare, i booked a taxi not to keep paying attention with him in the road, when i find out myself in a wrong place and late for work!

This application has some issues with Etihad briefing center. Whenever I choose this location, it shows the airport for the driver and I need to make sure they have the right address on the application. It happened already 4 times for me and EVERYTIME driver had airport address. I enjoyed my ride, the driver was very professional and helpful but the application have issues.

The location for this is wrongly pointed by your app. Instead of showing its proginal Latin, it shows zayed international airport, which is 2 to 3 kms other side

Great place to pick up customers. Contrary to what Yango’s app suggest, it’s not at the airport, so taxi drivers should be able to get bookings from there.
