The carpet is dirty. The windows outside are very dirty, as if they hadn't been washed at all. * Kitchen. Leaves much to be desired. The guys are trying, it's obvious. The waiters and cooks are all great. The breakfast assortment is pleasant, you can have a hearty meal, despite the fact that only sausages are made from meat. But here's dinner... for dinner, I'm sad. The menu is already meager, and even the classic dishes have been modified. Example: Greek salad. I worked in the kitchen for 12 years, 6 of which were as a chef. There CAN'T BE CARROTS IN A Greek salad! I had dinner at the hotel only three times, and all three times, and all three times I ordered a Greek salad, and all three times it was different! Once there were no olives, another time there was no Feta cheese, once there was no tomato, and each time carrots were added to the salad! Whoever came up with this is irresponsible. And so, not everything is so sad. There are much more advantages. What did you like: * The room is simple, but well maintained. The price/quality ratio is consistent. Towels are renewed every day, the bed and scattered things are monitored, and order is restored. The staff who clean the rooms are friendly and pleasant people. * Convenient location of the hotel - there are many shops and cafes nearby. Within walking distance of 2-20 minutes, in fact, there is everything you need for comfort. * There is a kitchen and the opportunity to stay for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is staffed by good and helpful staff. The service from them is very pleasant. * The hotel itself has a spa area, a bar, and something like a mini club * And the most important point: the reception staff, namely the girl Rumisa. The most friendly, very pleasant and helpful employee. To all my questions, she always sincerely tried to help and find the answer. She suggested where and what was located, helped to call a taxi, change money. In general, she did mine in every possible way. The accommodation is as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to her for that. If the hotel management reads my review, give this girl a bonus! She's really good! Such employees should be protected. Thanks to them, the service is flourishing.
