Guys, I'll tell you that this is a very cool budget hotel and the most that I liked the most was the attitude of the staff to the guest : The Egyptian at the reception speaks Russian perfectly , studied in Moscow once ) , a girl from Myanmar and many others from the hotel staff - always a smile on their face and it's cool guys ..
The hotel itself looked very good for December 2022 , apparently the renovation was fresh , cleaning every day , water , tea , coffee , towel - everything was updated every day ... . I liked Dubai so much that I bought a house there . I got into the best season - when there is no heat and the temperature is up to + 26-28 g in the afternoon - this is the best time to relax : December-March
Two meals a day at your choice ( you want breakfast and dinner , you want breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner - it 's up to you )
Clean pool and cozy relaxation area by the pool
In short ... I recommend it as price - quality

The hotel is not bad. We had a rest in February 2024. Very clean, cleaning, change of towels, daily. The room has everything that is stated on the website. If you take a room with a view of the city, be prepared that there will be a view of the cemetery. It is not mentioned anywhere. But, it didn't bother us, we left the hotel in the morning, and came only in the evening. It's very noisy from the road if you open the window. It's a 10-minute walk to the subway, but get ready to walk through dust and sand. There are construction sites everywhere! There are small supermarkets nearby, everything is there, inexpensive. The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful! A shuttle service takes you to the beach. Make an appointment in advance. The beach is perfectly clean. Convenient transfer to the Festival mall. Also sign up. I didn't like the pool. It's shallow, and there's a smoking area. And most importantly! When choosing a room, keep in mind that the 1st and 7th floors are smoking rooms!
