Guys, I'll tell you that this is a very cool budget hotel and the most that I liked the most was the attitude of the staff to the guest : The Egyptian at the reception speaks Russian perfectly , studied in Moscow once ) , a girl from Myanmar and many others from the hotel staff - always a smile on their face and it's cool guys ..
The hotel itself looked very good for December 2022 , apparently the renovation was fresh , cleaning every day , water , tea , coffee , towel - everything was updated every day ... . I liked Dubai so much that I bought a house there . I got into the best season - when there is no heat and the temperature is up to + 26-28 g in the afternoon - this is the best time to relax : December-March
Two meals a day at your choice ( you want breakfast and dinner , you want breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner - it 's up to you )
Clean pool and cozy relaxation area by the pool
In short ... I recommend it as price - quality

The hotel is not bad. We had a rest in February 2024. Very clean, cleaning, change of towels, daily. The room has everything that is stated on the website. If you take a room with a view of the city, be prepared that there will be a view of the cemetery. It is not mentioned anywhere. But, it didn't bother us, we left the hotel in the morning, and came only in the evening. It's very noisy from the road if you open the window. It's a 10-minute walk to the subway, but get ready to walk through dust and sand. There are construction sites everywhere! There are small supermarkets nearby, everything is there, inexpensive. The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful! A shuttle service takes you to the beach. Make an appointment in advance. The beach is perfectly clean. Convenient transfer to the Festival mall. Also sign up. I didn't like the pool. It's shallow, and there's a smoking area. And most importantly! When choosing a room, keep in mind that the 1st and 7th floors are smoking rooms!

A very pleasant place. Very clean. Room service every day, change linen, towels, tea, coffee. There is one caveat. There is no towel for hands and face, as well as toothpaste, brushes.
The kitchen is good. Monotonous, but satisfying and delicious. The pool is very clean, the water is changed every day. Everyone speaks English, there is a Russian-speaking staff. Very responsive, always help, prompt. Even a forgotten pack of cigarettes will be returned. We liked everything very much. For three stars in general, it's wonderful

I had a rest at the hotel in April 2023. The choice of the hotel was not accidental. Before that, I stayed there twice more a few years ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the renovation and new design of the hotel.
Everything was at a very decent level. Cozy, clean rooms, delicious, varied breakfast (very tasty pastries), heated swimming pool, transfers to shopping centers and to the beach. The service, as always, was at the highest level. Daily room cleaning, clean towels, replenished stocks of tea, coffee, water.
I really like the location of the hotel. A quiet, pleasant place, a big plus is a small number of small children.
Thank you to the hotel staff for their good attitude, attention and very good service!

Nice hotel.
Cozy rooms, a wonderful restaurant, attentive staff.
The metro is within walking distance, but there is also a scheduled transfer.

Wonderful hotel. A great person. Wonderful pool. Clear. There are no complaints. Good transfer to the beach. I would like to return from the beach at 13 o'clock, and not at 14 o'clock. It's already very hot at this time. Elderly people and children are not comfortable with this. This is the only wish. I will visit this hotel. Thanks to all the staff. My dream is to change the time of return from the beach to 13 hours..

Location near the metro. There is also a small shop nearby. The room was with a large balcony, which is a plus for drying things. There is a small clean and little-smelling bleach pool with a shower.
The dining room is normal. The choice of what to eat is there. But it's more difficult with children, they don't like such food (spicy, peculiar spices).
Water, tea, coffee, sugar were added every day. As well as cleaning the room and changing towels.
The room has everything you need, TV, safe, kettle, hairdryer.
Of the minuses, there is a construction site around, noise during the day, there is nowhere to go in the evening. If only to leave by metro.
The transfer goes according to schedule and to the beach and to the mall, it takes 20-30 minutes to go.
The staff is friendly and sociable. There are a couple of Russian-speaking people.

The second disadvantage is the lack of balconies in standard rooms and the inability to open the window wider. In any case, this is a problem for smokers, as well as for drying swimsuits and towels. The third disadvantage is the strange design of the shower, a small panel from splashing water. I have to huddle against the wall so as not to completely flood the floor. The food is average, but I still recommend half board, because there is nowhere else to eat in the neighborhood. It is convenient that you can change dinner for lunch and vice versa. The assortment is the same. The staff is beyond reproach, very responsive and friendly. Towels and linen are changed every day, even too much, in my opinion, but that's their business.

I don't really like to leave reviews
But as a thank you to the staff for their courtesy and responsiveness, I will note a couple of points that I liked:
1. Nice, quiet area, in which metro and bus stops are located near the hotel.
2. There is a grocery store near the bus stop.
3. Inexpensive breakfasts and dinners. And the food is of good quality.
4. A pool with water that has an ideal percentage of salinity.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2020. The staff is polite, they constantly respond to requests. The room was cleaned every day, it was clean. We hardly stayed in the room during the day, we drove around the city. I liked that in 10-15 min. there is a metro station within walking distance of the hotel. A transfer to the beach and to the Dubai Mall is organized, but according to the schedule. The package included breakfast and dinner. The choice of dishes was good, everything was delicious. Everything was fresh. There were very cool impressions. Thanks.
