We were visiting the city of Kokshetau.We were accommodated at the Ak Zhelken hotel. The hotel is very cozy, the bed is snow-white, the beds are large, the view from the windows is amazing.But I did not notice the staff that someone was cleaning, mopping the floors.

Well, what can I say....?! For the first time in this hotel. It is located right on the shore of the lake. The rooms are comfortable, but there is not enough softness underfoot for comfort, in the truest sense of the word (laminate flooring is laid on the floor and that's it). Fortunately, the rooms are warm and the feet do not freeze. The big disadvantage is that there is a restaurant on the ground floor and if some kind of celebration is planned on your holiday day, then the music will be right under your nose and ears. Well, one of the advantages is the staff. Very friendly, polite and friendly. They also carry breakfast by room, while having breakfast without a choice (certain dishes every day).
