The incredibly beautiful Passage is very authentic inside, stained glass windows and moldings have been preserved. There are restaurants and bars inside now, but it's definitely worth going in and exploring the Passage from the inside.

If you don't come here, you won't lose anything. The once beautiful building of the Passage is now dirty, starting from the second floor, with worn-out old portraits and broken windows. The room itself is quite small in size and inside there is a feeling of greyness against the background of the former, maybe once upon a time, greatness. On both sides there is a row of cafes (rooms inside and tables on the aisle), which are kept by sixty-year-old uncles who act as barkers at the same time. The dishes in the restaurant (closest to the entrance) are not very well cleaned (a glass of wine was brought with traces of someone else's lipstick, although they replaced the portion without any problems), the menu is in different languages (which is convenient), and the assortment of dishes and their variety are not inspiring. In the end, we took only fish (Turkish dorado and Norwegian mackerel), a glass of wine and a bottle of beer. Beer of the local Istanbul brand Beaumonti - I highly recommend it (I got to know him earlier, because we live in the Hilton Beaumonti&The Congress & Spa is right next to the historic Beaumont Brewery, which has been reconstructed as a gastronomic and leisure space (something like a Depot in Moscow). It was well cooked, the Dorade was fresh and juicy. The mackerel is already in the form of fillets without a ridge, not dry and not overcooked. In general, this place is greatly overrated and looks better in the photo than in real life.
