The Registry Osh restaurant in Tashkent left me with a very pleasant impression. As a man who appreciates traditional Uzbek cuisine in a cozy atmosphere, I can say with confidence that this is one of those places where I want to return again. First of all, of course, it is worth noting the pilaf, because it is the main star of the restaurant. It is really excellent here: fragrant, crumbly, with soft meat and rich taste. It can be seen that it is prepared according to the classical canons, observing all the details. I especially liked that the portions are generous and served beautifully — with garlic, barberry, pepper and lettuce. In addition to pilaf, the menu at Registry Osh includes other traditional dishes such as manti, lagman, shurpa, and samsa. Everything I tried was delicious and fresh. The cuisine here works with a soul and respect for national recipes. Separately, I would like to praise the service. The staff is polite, attentive and fast. We delivered the order fairly quickly, explained everything, and helped with the selection. It is clear that the staff has a good experience and a high-level attitude towards the guests. The interior is another plus. It is designed in the national style, but without overload — cozy, bright and pleasant to be in. A great place for both a family dinner and a business lunch meeting. The prices, considering the quality of the food and service, are quite fair. I won't say it's cheap, but it's worth it. In general, the Registry Osh is a worthy place for those who want to enjoy authentic Uzbek cuisine in a decent environment. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

I ordered pilaf from Registan via Yandex and was very disappointed. A portion of 53,000 soums of meat turned out to contain a maximum of 3 grams, the rest is just rice. Moreover, this is not an isolated case: I ordered it before — the same story. I recently gave you another chance, and I even mentioned it in a comment.: "Please put the meat normally, pilaf without meat is not pilaf." The result? One rice again. It feels like the meat is just for show. For comparison, in Samosh, pilaf costs 46,000 soums, and rice runs out first, not meat. And the taste is an order of magnitude higher. It's a pity that Registon treats customers like that. I will never order from them again. If you just want to eat boiled rice, order it. If you want pilaf, I don't recommend this place.
