The club is beautiful, the devices are top, but the service is very poor) we came to play, sat in premium, a friend's headphones did not work, pressed the button to call the admin - he came up after 5 minutes, asked what happened - they said about the problem, to which he replied "okay, now" and left, and for the next 20 minutes we pressed no one responded to the admin call button ... after 25 minutes of wasted time, the second admin came up with the words "can I take a photo?" we asked him to solve the problem with the headphones first, to which he said, "so my shift just ended," we had to insist on a quick solution, as a result, after 30 minutes of time spent, a friend was transferred to another PC, which is why he was not allowed into the rink that had started, and was banned for 30 minutes because these transfers. As a result, we wasted an hour, we played with sadness for the second, for such money - such a terrible service, administrators are not interested in working at all. My friends keep a computer club in Belarus, so in a small city of 100,000 people, the club is much better in terms of service! I am the owner of a catering company, and I know how important the service is, unfortunately, it simply does not exist here.…
