You can take driving lessons in any area of Dubai, but all exams and parking take place in the head office, that is, in the industrial city. It's sooo far from Dubai, I drove 1.5-2 hours to it, but the school provides shuttles that transport people (the shuttle schedule is not very convenient, of course, but at least it is!!). The prices are pretty low, the instructors are great, there were a bunch of instructors who were all polite and explained well, the administrators were also all friendly. When I got my license after the final exam, it was given out very quickly in 15 minutes. In general, the school is cool, the cars are normal and the offices are decent, they don't specifically try to fail the exams.
