We attended the opening of the cheese factory with a performance by Valery Meladze in January 2026. We bought tickets to the dance floor for 600 dirhams, but we were placed in an area to the side of the stage, where nothing was visible — even the stage was obscured by speakers. The manager could not respond to our demand to provide paid seats on the dance floor, and there was no reaction. The aggressive behavior of the guards was expressed in a biased attitude towards the guests: we were pushed out of the center of the dance floor with our hands, although we did not show aggression). Bottom line: we didn't get the promised service for our money. The organization of the event turned out to be extremely weak — the hall plan was illiterate, the staff could not coordinate the guests. The evening turned into disappointment and a feeling that we had just been deceived.
