This dry cleaning is a real disappointment! My friend's wedding dress was ruined and they didn't even try to take responsibility. No conscience, no professionalism. The owner of the establishment is a tactless and completely incompetent woman who does not know how to work with clients and resolve conflict situations. I strongly do not recommend contacting here — you will only waste your time, nerves and money.
