The place is passable, there are a lot of locals, there are tourists, the food should be on the level (since the locals go) and so it turned out. The price tag is adequate and cheaper than in similar Tashkent establishments. Don't expect colorful Asia, this is a modern and delicious restaurant, both with local and other cuisines, decorated externally in Uzbek style.
