I bought a jacket for a very good sum of money .On the very first evening of walking, the main big button fell off.I think it 's okay , it 's okay .As a result, I went to the studio, they did everything for me . I started wearing it to work, as the style is just very adequate and the dress code is followed.what do you think? Minus 4 buttons !!!!!! I'm attaching the photo below.I wrote on Instagram, asked to fix the situation, and was offered to bring buttons to a shopping center convenient for me.About a week later , I received a call from a salesperson who had a set of buttons on her hands . I ask her a question : -Will there be 5 small buttons with a stock ??? In response , complete bewilderment , or to be more precise , they brought me a basic set of buttons (large and small ) with which I have to go to the studio myself and resolve the situation . by the way , other brands with the same pricing policy ,you can hand over your belongings without any additional payment. I am very disappointed.I will never buy anything again.
