I went to them for two days to get a ready-made card, sat for an hour and left without waiting for my turn, because my ticket just "flew by", and the staff doesn't care much whose problem it is. "You need to wait," and they don't want to resolve the issue or offer any compromise. It's just terrible service, I don't go near them anymore. Withdrawal - refusal of all services of this bank!

Yes, no one teaches them how to treat a customer, how to serve him. He wanted to receive money. He took a coupon and stood in line at the checkout. None of the employees said that in order to receive money, the first step was to approach the 4-5 window. And then it was not indicated which of these windows answered which was not greeted with a sour face. They sit as if the customer were something we owe them if another employee doesn't know something, they leave their place to train them, show them, tell the client that you don't care what you're waiting for or in a hurry, as if others don't have anything else to do, cancel all plans for the whole day, that there's a queue to sit and wait over and over again, not one employee is like that, everything is there Make such conclusions yourself.

Today I visited the Termez branch of the Cooperbank. Unfortunately, the attitude of employees to customers is absolutely side-by-side, and the order of the queue was not taken into account at all. Despite waiting for customers, some were transferred forward without queues. The overall order and control within the Bank was inadequate. This situation has become very uncomfortable for me as a client and reduces confidence in banking. For this reason, I canceled the card I received from the bank. Please ask you to take these problems seriously and take steps to improve the quality of service in the future.
