The hotel is old, the furniture is shabby. Nobody cleaned the carpets during the hotel's lifetime. The price for 2* is very high. The three of us were brought to this hotel by a guide from the airport. So the reception staff reported our every step and every word to this guide, who imposed his tours. Not a hotel, but a bazaar station. I wonder whose interests the hotel administration represents, all the drivers and guides from outside, or the guests who pay money for accommodation! It's very unpleasant when the hotel staff is spying on you, especially the gray-haired grandfather at the reception. A very unpleasant aftertaste remained on vacation. The room was cleaned every other day. Even when the room wasn't cleaned, they usually leave at least bathroom accessories and water, but here they just ignored it day after day. We went begging for toilet paper and water every other time. Will I come here again? No! For this money, I'll look for a newer hotel.

The hotel does not pull for 4*..We booked a deluxe room.The room itself is large, the balcony is 30cm wide. There is a construction site nearby and as a result, the balcony and window are covered with a thick layer of construction dust. Plumbing is cheap, hot water must be waited for 20 minutes. Breakfast-omelette, egg, cottage cheese (not high-quality)..coffee from a can..everything is very cheap and not of high quality..They smoke in the rooms (there were steers and cigarettes under the bed) and the smell of sewage and cigarettes was constantly felt.

I am very glad that I was able to find this hotel after a few years. We went there in 2018 for the European Cup. It was a lot of fun to live there, these big corridors with carpets, unforgettable.the food was very tasty.the staff of the hotel calmly communicated with us.And a few years later, I found the name of this hotel, because I'm going to visit it again

In the photo, this is an ordinary hotel in the city center. The price is quite reasonable for 4 stars. Therefore, I was first surprised when the taxi driver, driving up to him at night, suddenly turned off the highway into narrow dark winding streets. The second surprise was when my request to give a room for non-smokers clearly caused confusion, apparently this is an exceptionally rare request here. On the second attempt, it was almost conditionally successful. The room is spacious, but there was only one small towel in the bathroom, not the first wash. In the future, I had to ask each time to clean the room and add towels, otherwise it did not work. Neither in the morning nor in the evening, there were no more than two tables occupied in the restaurant (along with mine). I talked to the boss. It turned out that the restaurant is open around the clock and, basically, food is ordered to the room. The menu is extensive and what the chef recommended was very, very successful. If you add the bed lighting in red, then many surprises find certain explanations.

The hotel has a great location, near the metro and a large shopping center. The room is very large, everything is fine, daily cleaning, slippers, and all the accessories in the room are there. Breakfast is without frills, but the cook compensates for this with his attention and care, special thanks to him for this!!! The reception staff is also very attentive, always ready to help, and I am especially grateful for this!!! Live music pleased the reception in the evening, it was very pleasant to sit with a glass of wine and listen) There is only one minus- high audibility between the rooms, but if there are no problems with sleep, then everything is fine!!!

The hotel is within walking distance from the metro. The staff speaks Azerbaijani, English, Russian. Breakfast is not bad. For its price - a good hotel for both leisure and work.

The hotel does not correspond to the 4-star category. It's actually a 2-star hotel. 1. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. 2. WiFi catches in the hallway, it doesn't catch in the room. 3. Only instant coffee for breakfast. 4. Poor-quality cleaning (cleaning only on call). 5. Leaky towels in the rooms. I do not recommend it.

The room is normal, the audibility is terrible, if a very patriotic Russian wants to check in, please note that the Embassy of Ukraine is 100 meters from the hotel. Nearby there are shops, restaurants (awesome - we drove Khinkali)
