I am a diamond elite member with IHG, and spend around 80 nights a year with IHG hotels. I visit Dubai every year and usually stay at different IHG properties, but my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah was truly one of the most memorable. The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and supermarkets. The customer service and hospitality we received were outstanding. Every team member—from the front desk to the cuisine and concierge staff—was exceptional. I would especially like to recognize the cuisine team: Mawan, Ivie, Syra, Mahi, Ronald, and Jigo. They went above and beyond to provide high‑class service. This has become my favourite hotel in Dubai, and from now on, I won’t stay anywhere else.
