She provided her passport, to which they stated that there was no such identification number for the person. I explained that I was the only one using the number for many years. I wanted to find out who this number is listed on, there may be a mistake - they say they don't have the right to disclose this information. It turns out that I can switch to higher tariffs or they can transfer me, but since the Internet doesn't catch me, I can't change my SIM card. That is, I can only continue to pay for a service that this operator does not provide me with, and I also cannot change the SIM card in any way. Unfortunately, I am not ready to continue our cooperation.
