You need a speaker for the speakerphone, because if the parent has not left contact, so that you can announce it on the speakerphone that their child has had enough of playing and wants to get out. We were there twice over the weekend and the situation was identical.

We bought a card and replenished it by 15,000. Let 's go to the playroom , it 's terribly dirty , the staff are angry , they 're pulling the kids . We were charged the full price - for a disabled child of the first group . There is complete chaos on the racetrack. The payment was brazenly withdrawn from our card twice , I noticed it and asked, the operator claims that he did not withdraw it . I went to the cashier and asked to call the administrator. They checked and it turned out that the payment was made twice. Only 3 out of 5 cars are working on the circuit, !!! As it turned out, all five worked !!! It 's just that he might have been lazy . Artificially created a sentry queue !!!! As a result, the administrator came and said that they should not have taken payment from a child with a disability. Supposedly all the cars were working, and again a failure! Once again , the payment was withdrawn , wound up and put on a non - working car !!!! The child was brought out with tears . Nightmare. The management needs attention - your employees create their own laws there . However, none of them apologized. The card was returned to us, supposedly with bonuses, do you think we will come to you again???
