We stayed at the hotel on October 6-8, 2025 and were absolutely delighted with our stay! This is a place where you want to return, and first of all thanks to the people who work here. The rooms are very clean, quiet and incredibly warm (which is especially valuable after long walks). It is clear that the condition of the rooms is carefully monitored, and you can really relax here. Breakfasts deserve special praise: they are very tasty, hearty and dense. Special thanks to the owner Mirzo: He is a very pleasant, hospitable man, and it is immediately clear that he is really passionate about his business and loves his hotel. Mirzo works almost around the clock, is always there and is ready to help with any question. He found a wonderful, very competent guide for us in Samarkand (for which special thanks!). He even helped organize a tour guide in Bukhara, although this was not part of his direct duties. Mirzo was always ready to suggest the best routes, give advice and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Mirzo, thank you so much for your attention, care and professionalism! It's a good hotel, and I'm sure it's even better in season. The guy at the reception is very friendly, I think his name is Muzo. He prompted me and took me to the place where the double-decker tour bus stands. By the way, I recommend this bus tour to everyone. He helped us buy Samarkand flatbreads, and showed us the place of the delicious dish, nokhat shurak. The location is good, most of the attractions were visited on foot. Not far from the hotel, through Amir Temur Park, there is a museum of zoology at the university, we were impressed!

I stayed at the hotel in January, the room was on the 3rd floor, I liked the large stained glass window to the floor, the room is bright, clean, quiet.Special thanks to the owner of the hotel, a calm, intelligent man who came to the rescue in a difficult moment. A great option for Tourists. In the very center of the city. Between the Guri Amir Mausoleum and Registan Square. All my Tourists choose this particular hotel. Always good reviews. There was a case when the children of Tourists stained the carpet, but they did not ask for money for dry cleaning. The staff is excellent, the interior is excellent, I recommend it to everyone.

Remember that a 1* hotel is a one-star hotel on the same level. Clean linen, towels (2 each), shampoo, soap, kettle. Cleaning on request. breakfast. On the downside: the carpet is stained, and the walls are scuffed in places. Noisy neighbors. Everything is friendly, requests are fulfilled. The location is great! Every evening on foot to Registan and pedestrian street. I definitely recommend it as a budget hotel

We were very impressed by this cozy hotel! The atmosphere here is truly homely, and the host is so friendly and helpful that you feel like visiting a good friend. I am always ready to help with any questions, give useful advice or just have a pleasant conversation. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned (which is a lifesaver in the heat!). Everything is thought out for the convenience of the guests. The location is ideal: just a 5–minute walk to Registan - you can admire the beauty of the square at any time. Nearby there are shops and cozy cafes where you can have a snack or try the local cuisine. I definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to feel the warmth of Samarkand hospitality and live in the heart of this amazing city! 10/10 🌟

A wonderful hotel. At its cost, it has many advantages. If it wasn't for the hotel staff, our vacation wouldn't have been so good. They received us with a smile and helped us and answered all our questions throughout the trip (most of the staff knows Russian well)With their help, we found a wonderful guide with a chauffeur. A kettle and mugs of packaged tea and coffee were provided in the room. Soap, shampoo, slippers and room cleaning were provided on request. Our room was in an old building, the linen was clean and new, the mattresses were moderately hard, and there could sometimes be a smell of sewage, but the problem was solved by turning on the ventilation in the bathroom, so this did not cause any difficulties. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. Water temperature-controlled coolers were provided on the floors, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer. The hotel is located in a great location, everything is within walking distance. I wouldn't call it a hotel, but a guest house. The street itself is quite noisy. Room 206 with windows facing the street. There's also a playground. At night, a lantern shines from the street. Because the door to the room has glass, in the evening it also shines from the corridor. The softest mattresses (of the 4 hotels in the cities we visited) are here. The food is the same every morning: scrambled eggs, sausages, chicken wings, cheese, sausage, tea, coffee, biscuits, fruits (watermelon, melon, nectarine, plums) The room has never been cleaned in 4 days, but we did not pollute it much. They threw out the garbage themselves.

Very well located, 10 min walk from Registan Square. Cozy, warm (we were in October when it got colder and it was raining). The hotel consists of an old and a new building. We were in the old one, the repairs there are already stale, the carpet is dirty, the smell of sewage in the bathroom. But I think there are no such problems in the new building. We were also given old bed linen, although I noticed new sheets and towels in the pantry. Breakfast is included in the price, a good mini buffet, there were scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, pastries, vegetables, fruits.

Great location. All attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and very warm (we were in January, we slept with the window open). The staff was polite, they responded quickly to all requests (the water in the shower did not go well, everything was cleaned on the same day). Special thanks to the owner of the hotel, he met me at the airport for free and promptly resolved all issues. There is a coffee machine in the lobby on the ground floor.

I visited Samarkand in September of this year, and ended up in Mukaddas due to a reservation refusal at a nearby hotel, which I booked two months before arrival. Initially, we considered hotels in the Registan area, according to reviews we saw this hotel. The square is 5-7 minutes on foot, there are shops nearby, inexpensive cafes. You can walk through the park and walk to the University Boulevard. Very friendly hosts. Breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages, cutlets, wings (alternate), porridge (not every day), various pastries, plums, peaches, melon, watermelon. The rooms are not large, but not critical. Both rooms are cozy, with two beds, but one is smaller and was considered for one person, and the second is larger - for two. But both are not cramped, there is all the necessary furniture, a table, etc.). The mattresses are hard and it turned out fine: I didn't know that you could sleep so well on them)) The breakfasts were also very pleasantly pleased! And maybe the main thing is that the WiFi worked well))) So we will advise our friends and we will come back here ourselves. PS If you call a Yandex taxi, the navigator can sometimes lead the taxi driver not to the doors of Mukaddas himself, but to a narrow street behind him. It is worth taking this into account when calculating the time - sometimes it was necessary to clarify the location with the taxi driver additionally, it may take a certain number of minutes. I really liked the hotel and the staff. Great new clean rooms, delicious breakfasts (even a herculean porridge bomb). Great location. Registan and Timur's burial are 5 minutes away on foot. There are many cafes and shops nearby, opposite the registan there is an excellent barbecue at normal prices (18000-25000 soums). On the way to Registan there are 2 alcohol markets (the price of the same cognac may differ almost 2 times, they are bred))) I definitely recommend the hotel!
