⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best hotel in Dilijan! It's really one of the best places I've ever stayed. The hotel is located in a stunningly beautiful place — among the green mountains, where you feel complete peace and unity with nature. There are three swimming pools on the territory, all heated, there is a Jacuzzi and a sauna, and what is especially pleasant is that all these services are included in the price. A huge billiard room is a special pleasure! Breakfasts deserve special mention — it's just incredible! A real gastronomic feast: a large selection of dishes, an online station for making omelets, and many options for children and vegetarians. The bakery is gorgeous, and the amount of fresh fruit is amazing. The interior of the rooms is thought out to the smallest detail — everything is very stylish, tasteful and at a high level. I definitely recommend it — the best hotel in Dilijan!

We lived in an old building. The design is out of 90, there is no ventilation at all, you open the window- it's very noisy, windows on the road and ventilation from the restaurant. The bed and pillows are terrible!!! The shower is barely holding on behind the curtain - the whole floor is wet. The hair dryer overheated after a minute and a half of operation. The design of the entire hotel is very strange, with artificial flowers, gilding, and creepy tiles on the floor. The restaurant is very bad, the canteen food. But the breakfast is good, however. I absolutely do not understand who gives the hotel good ratings. Maybe we were so unlucky, and everything is fine in the new building?

I liked everything! We lived in a new building, everything is clean and comfortable there. The bed is very comfortable and just gigantic! We swam in the evening in the outdoor pool, it was +16 outside and the water seemed cool for such weather, but 10-15 minutes high and immediately go to the sauna to warm up) I liked the breakfast, a lot of everything and I'll rate it pretty well for 4/5. We had a superior room and everything matched. Just one caveat, how can there be 4 stars without a safe in the room?

The girl at the counter was very polite and gave us two rooms to choose from, we were able to see their location ourselves and choose what suits us best. Habitation. It was very comfortable. The room is clean, cleaning every day. They always replenish all consumables, do not regret bringing more than 2 bottles of water and change towels every day. There are bathrobes in the room. Territory. It is big enough, there are two outdoor pools. Spa area with sauna and indoor pool. Everything is clean, it's nice to be there. There is always a staff nearby who brings fresh towels and is ready to help with any issue. Breakfast. They're just amazing. A huge selection of dishes in the morning. You can live for a week and have breakfast with different dishes every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone is smiling and happy to have guests. Kitchen. There is a large selection of food and drinks in the restaurant. The portions are simply huge. They cook quickly and tasty. You can eat at the restaurant, or ask to bring an order to your room. I would love to return to this hotel again.

There is parking at the entrance for cars There are two excellent outdoor pools, they always make sure that everyone has enough towels and the rest is comfortable, recently a spa area has opened and there is also a 1.70-depth pool and a Jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfasts are very varied in the form of a buffet, as well as an omelet with any filling can be prepared for you. The portions in the restaurant are very large, Caesar salad is definitely for two, I really like the Lava dessert (chocolate fondue) here, keep in mind the price tag in the Moscow restaurant. The hotel is located very close to the road and there is absolutely no territory where you could walk through the forest, among the trees We have to go outside the territory. The Turkish bath is rather a parody of it. It's a tiny room with four seats, where people sit with their noses pressed into each other and high humidity is maintained. There is no question of lying on the heated stones. And the door to this tiny room is transparent. Every curious visitor passing by looks inside and looks at people sweating, sitting like in a minibus. The Finnish sauna is the same through the wall. A gym and a swimming pool are also located in the same area. Therefore, everyone who is in the sauna, working out on simulators and swimming in the pool has the opportunity to constantly contemplate each other, whether they want it or not. To remain unnoticed, and in the sauna in a state of relaxation, it will not work:((( The room, which was of the "Business" category, had a Jacuzzi that did not work.At the first request, the staff came and tried to repair it, but, unfortunately, the repair did not give results. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but the issue was not resolved. A very tasty whitefish was prepared at the restaurant by order for dinner. The cuisine is wonderful, the restaurant staff is attentive and sociable. They are happy to help with the selection of dishes. Overall, the impression is positive, except for the nuances, if you can call it that.
