To spend the night in a normal hotel, there is a TV, but the remote control does not work. There are 2 single beds, but 1 blanket (it was in our room, maybe in others differently), There is a decent breakfast included in the price, good location, not far from the center. If by car , then leave it right on the doorstep near the hotel , which is also not bad . The bathroom is decent , clean , there are disposable slippers , shampoo and toothbrushes.

Warm meetings, hospitality, the desire to always help! Cons: The Economy room turned out to be without a window, it was problematic for us, stuffy. The TV was turned on/off by a button on the TV itself, no extra.there is no backlight. In the shower, the sash was not fully closed, with a large gap, you need to wash very carefully. To get hot water, you need to wait 5 minutes, drain the water. The toilet was flushed through a string) But all these disadvantages are nothing compared to the location and price of the room. The advantage of this hotel is only the center of Astana and that's it. Breakfast is porridge, sausage, egg, tea, and even if you cook it yourself. This hotel has a very bad Wi-Fi, you can even say that there is no Internet because of this. The plumbing in the room is very bad. The water leaks very badly in the sink. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived at the check-in at 13.3 after the night train, I really wanted to wash up and relax. We go into the hotel, and there is silence... Everything is covered , the rooms are open , keys are hanging at the reception, breakfast is in the kitchen - and no one is there . Hmm, is it really self-settlement, I thought))) They started calling all the numbers - silence . Then I looked through the reviews and found that other guests had the same situation and they found a sleeping receptionist somewhere in the rooms). I went to look for her too , but she was sleeping, poor thing ( tired, didn't sleep all night, all disheveled ( I guess she turned off the sound on the body) I say, open the room for us and go on sleeping) And so she did. We didn 't expect anything from the room - the main thing is that everything is clean , but unfortunately we saw that a used rubber product was sticking out from under the bed ...It was unpleasant, of course, but we took a shower and went for a walk, we just had to leave our suitcases before the plane. I would not stay at this hotel for the night. ,

A very quiet place, the entrance is on the back side of Bokeikhan Avenue, the side is not sunny, the rooms have high ceilings. Clean linen and towels. In general, you can't think of a better place for business trips. The price is humane. Nearby there is an inexpensive dining room, shops. I recommend it primarily for business trips.

I'll start with the very first impression. The administrator doesn't care about you or anything you say. We have not agreed on the submission of documents for registration. She wanted to give us the money back, because she already has so many people like us. The room was washed, but not completely. There's a used condom and dirty napkins under the bed. There's black mold in the shower. The hot water starts running after about 15 minutes. The kitchen looked normal in the photos, but in fact it is smaller and an eternal mess. The Wi-Fi was working like hell. The room was not cheap, but they did not make any concessions to us. It's just awful.
