We stayed at the hotel for the second time. Great location, the very center! Near all the sights, a shop, many cafes, everything is within walking distance. The room has everything you need. Snow-white linen, cleanliness in the room by 5 points. Excellent breakfasts, at any time, with a soul, thank you very much! You can always drink tea, coffee, water, at any time of the day or night. Warm meetings, hospitality, the desire to always help!
Cons: The Economy room turned out to be without a window, it was problematic for us, stuffy. The TV was turned on/off by a button on the TV itself, no extra.there is no backlight. In the shower, the sash was not fully closed, with a large gap, you need to wash very carefully. To get hot water, you need to wait 5 minutes, drain the water. The toilet was flushed through a string)
But all these disadvantages are nothing compared to the location and price of the room. Thank you very much to Camila for the quick solution of all questions and help! We will come again, we recommend it!

We attended the All-Russian nomad Games and stayed at this hotel. Only positive emotions remained from staying here. Friendly staff, they will tell you everything and show you, favorable prices, excellent location, close to the central avenue.. Everything is clean, cozy and homely. If you're hungry, they'll always feed you. I recommend.

Приемлемая цена. Заселение по факту прибытия в случае бронирования. Радужные сотрудники. В номере чисто, туалет, душ, ТV с российскими каналами. На общей кухне эл/плита, чайник, микроволновка. В шаговой доступости обменные пункты, банкоматы ВТБ ( для граждан РФ), крупные ТЦ, красивые виды...Рекомендую для проживания транзитным туристам

Забронировали номер. Так как не были уверены,что сможем внести предоплату через карту МИР, то обсудили этот вопрос с представителем гостиницы и получили утвердительный ответ.
По приезду нашу бронь сняли и заселили человека, который внес предоплату ( хотя с представителем все было обговорено). Ничем помочь не захотели. Пришлось искать новую гостиницу.

Так себе гостиница, комнаты слишком близкие друг к другу,плохое шумоизоляция. Душевые кабины старые, дверь кабины сломано. Для своей цены дороговато, единственный плюс расположено в центре.

Небольшая гостиница в центре города. Приезжал по делам, снимал на пару ночей. Очень тихое место, вход с обратной стороны проспекта Бокейхана, сторона не солнечная, номера с высокими потолками. Чистое больше и полотенца. В общем, для деловых поездок лучше не придумаешь. Цена гуманная. Рядом недорогая столовая, магазины. Рекомендую в первую очередь для деловых поездок.

Советую всем. За такие небольшие деньги - хороший сервис. Очень тепло встретили и так же проводили. Был в сентябре 21 года. От клиентов не было отбоя. Месторасположение отличное, приветливый персонал старается изо всех сил. Имя администратора никак не мог запомнить. Обоюдно договорились, что буду называть Анной. Спасибо ей огромное и хозяйке Elysian. Буду в Ваших краях - только к ВАМ! Здоровья и процветания.

Начну с самого первого впечатления. Администратору плевать на вас и на всё, что вы говорите. Про подачу документов для регистрации так и не договорились. Хотела вернуть нам деньги, потому что таких, как мы у нее и так много.
Номер помыли, но не до конца. Под кроватью использованный презерватив и грязные салфетки. В душе черная плесень. Горячая вода начинает идти минут через 15. Кухня на фотографиях выглядела нормально, а на деле она меньше и вечный бардак. Вай фай работал хуже некуда. Номер стоял не дешево, но ни на какие уступки нам не шли. Просто ужас.

Грязные номера, пыль везде никто не убирает, есть общая кухня, когда я заселился там было очень грязно! Пришлось убирать чтобы приготовить еду, цена не соответствует результату(
