This is the third time we have been here. Overall, the place is very pleasant, good horses, a calm atmosphere, and the child (7 years old) has always really enjoyed coming here. I've had excellent instructors before, and the classes went well. But on the last visit, the situation was very disappointing. The instructor (a young guy, unfortunately, did not remember the name) actually stopped the lesson in the middle, citing the fact that the child was afraid and did not follow commands. At the same time, the child is only 7 years old and this was only the third lesson — it is obvious that fear and insecurity are normal at this stage, and this is exactly what an instructor is needed for. As a result, the lesson was completed ahead of time without an attempt to finalize or help the child adapt. It was very unpleasant and insulting, first of all for the child. The place is good, but this approach of one of the instructors completely spoils the impression. After that, unfortunately, the desire to return disappeared.
