I visited the Mochi restaurant recently, and I had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is cozy, the interior is modern and comfortable. The food is delicious and fresh, the portions match the price. The service is attentive and friendly, the staff is ready to help with the selection. A great place for meetings with friends, as well as for a relaxing dinner.

Of course, the atmosphere of the place is pleasant. But the prices of the dishes themselves in the restaurant do not match the taste/price criterion. The selection of wines by the glasses is poor. But the staff themselves and the service are top notch. The hand of excellent staff training is immediately visible. There was a crowd of foreigners standing next to us, smoking, talking loudly and interfering. On the terrace . The staff immediately understood how to react, and they offered the foreigners a more comfortable place than theirs, but away from us. Win win. And I think it's worth going to this place and getting a feel for it.

I mostly had to have breakfast in this cafe when I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Astana. The breakfasts and service are excellent here! There are plenty of lactose-free and gluten-free dishes. As for the service outside of breakfast, it is always very weak! The waiters are very slow and indifferent. They forget and confuse orders. And it's very sad. That's why I'm betting 4

The level of the restaurant does not correspond to the ritz hotel and the stated prices as much as possible. Tasteless dishes, served like in budget eateries of the Moscow il patio/tanuki level. The service is rustic, they do not understand the basic principles of work, not to mention some hint of premium. They bring cheap dried lasagna, for some reason they apply it with shiny tongs (apparently to make an impression), along the way turning the already unsightly shape of the dish and losing all the pieces along the way :)) They did not learn how to cook asparagus - half of the pods are charred, half are not cleaned. When asked to bring one bottle of beer "with you", they brought an open bottle without asking, and when asked why they opened it, the girl with a sincerely uncomprehending look said "well, so that you would be more comfortable and not have to open it")))

The Mokki restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Astana Hotel. There are luxurious breakfasts for hotel guests. The restaurant is located inside the Talan Gallery, a space for luxury brands. Dinner at the restaurant didn't really impress us. Breakfasts and as a coffee shop are a wonderful place.
