There is a great gym with various fitness equipment. Practice as much as you want and swim in the pool for those who live in this building. Everything is clean and cozy, there are six elevators, there is Parking for residents of the building. I lived in an apartment on the 13th floor of the eurodvushka type - a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom, there is a huge balcony, comfortable armchairs and a table on the balcony. The Windows are panoramic, two Windows and both faced the balcony, the apartment is bright. Two toilets, in the hallway and in the bedroom. There is a sofa, a TV, a huge bed, built-in wardrobes, mirrors, a kettle, cups, spoons, mugs, in short, everything you need for cooking. There is a microwave, a large refrigerator, a washing machine. A huge plus is an excellent air conditioning system, it maintained itself in optimal parameters, but it could also be configured manually. The cool thing is that the humidity in the room was also adjusted, so it was very comfortable to breathe, if it was very hot outside, then the room had a super microclimate. I always have problems with my nose-it's always stuffy, but here, I noticed that I began to breathe freely and easily! Next to this building, if you exit and immediately turn right, there is a great store where you can buy anything you want. And there's a pharmacy nearby, which is good too. Now about the cons-on the contrary, there is a construction site, so the noise is terrible from morning to night, it's better not to open the windows, of course, it's not pleasant, but it's for me personally, I still love silence, but there are cars all the time besides construction, so choose for yourself. It's a long way to public transport, you have to go to all the interesting places, the sea is 20-25 minutes by taxi. This is if you are in the Jumeirah area, but if you need to go to the old city or the airport, then it is even further away. You can call a taxi using the Yandex app if you take a taxi-on average, it's 90-100 dirhams to the airport in Dubai, and from 50 to 80 dirhams to the Jumeirah area. Taxis arrive quickly, and you don't have to wait long. Overall, the impression is positive.
