Мне pac не возвращает деньги за круиз до сих пор , который должен был начаться 29 апреля 2020 года и был отменен изза пандемии, а оплачивала я годом ранее, то есть незаконно пользуются моими ден средствами с 2019 года, то есть 3,5 года

Не компании, а кучка мошенников. В последний момент пытались подменить тур на более дешёвый, хотя взяли предоплату 100%. А после претензии в службу поддержки вообще отменили бронь на самолёт. По отелям всё мутно. Отель размещения сообщать не хотят.
