Great neighborhood, great location, clear sea. It's not crowded! Of the minor disadvantages, it's a construction site, but it's everywhere) In the apartment: everything is new, clean, there are all kinds of dishes. All the amenities and devices were present. Lots of elevators. Polite staff. Delivery is working with a bang)

A great place to relax with a private beach. We always stay in these complexes as a family. In the evening, there is an incredibly beautiful view of the Marina, nearby you can board a yacht and go on a trip around the beautiful Marina. Lots of cafes.

A respectable location, a great place to relax when renting an apartment. You just take the elevator down and go straight to the beach. You can also sunbathe on the balcony and enjoy looking into the distance of the sea and the passing boats in the evening. The Grand Blue Tower has a view of the palm tree and the port in the opposite direction.

This is a gorgeous place, a sparsely populated beach, a beautiful view of the bay from the window. There is a disadvantage: there are no restaurants nearby and no shops. But the delivery and taxi work very well, so there were no problems
