I gave away the chainsaw (it started) ,the spare parts were lying for a month , everything was waiting , nothing was done, they gave it back, they took money for some kind of repair , now it won't start at all...

I brought in the sprocket in the chainsaw, took it away - it wouldn't start, brought it back, they allegedly started it right away, they changed the shock absorbers for me as a bonus, I worked for two hours again and the shock absorber just fell out until they got in, the saw worked without questions, so I don't recommend such a swing
