Regarding the Citymax Business Bay Dubai hotel: the level of amenities, food and service is no more than 3*, there is definitely nothing to do with children here, the pool and gym (if you can call it that) are just for show, the food is extremely meager and not varied - a lot of stale and stale products, in particular, I strongly advise not yoghurts open in bowls, not closed in thermal packaging, sliced fruits/vegetables/cheese and pieces of "shawarma" - definitely everything that is not eaten for dinner gets for breakfast in the form of such dishes, tea and coffee are only packaged and of the worst quality - it is better to take with you in advance, because otherwise you will have to drink dust with boiling water. Special attention should be paid if you decide to use the services of the hotel and, for example, the laundry - in particular, in my case, I was spoiled by a brand new T-shirt that I bought the day before and gave it to the laundry, while at the time of the request, the hotel employee carefully filled out the order form, examined every thing - made a remark about the trousers that I I wanted to take them to the laundry and refused to accept them - I did not argue, because in addition to the T-shirt, I handed over a few more things, while when the things were returned to me, it was the new T-shirt that was not washed and the presence of some kind of marriage was indicated, although I repeat again - the thing was exactly new, never washed and not dressed, while initially the reason was not really explained to me, but during the trial it turned out that there was a small but easily distinguishable and noticeable hole on the T-shirt right in the belt area, which is clearly visible when in contact with the body and, accordingly, I would not have missed it in any way in the store when I measured the thing in front of the mirror (I think everything at the time of fitting, they unravel themselves in a new thing from all sides) - I tried to clarify this point with the hotel, but they were all cut down at me and/or marriage in the store, but categorically refused to admit guilt for its staff or Laundry - although it's just obvious, especially given the diligence demonstrated by a member of staff, when they took it in the wash and how carefully he watched and as I have above described refused to take some of the pants (they were no longer new, and apparently there was a risk of tissue damage, since they are made of linen and had traces of wear, and given that I needed promptly and efficiently to wash, dry and iron was the risk of injury in a tumble dryer), I tried several times to draw the attention of your Manager that, if the presence of a hole initially it was easily noticeable and me and the member of staff and this information could be made in the order form or you can refuse to wash, but this argument was not heard, so I tried to find out from the representative of the property, as they can prove that the original was a marriage on a t-shirt, if it is not reflected in the order form on the issue of the answer is not followed - staff only confidently asserted that it was my fault or the fault of the store, while my question is why didn't they contact me in time when I found out about the existence of marriage - explained very simply by the lack of me in the room, though at the time of registration you are required to take a phone number bound messenger and clarify whether this number to contact Dubai (these little things the staff did not pay attention and continued to insist that didn't notify me solely because of the lack of room) - T. O. should definitely keep in mind the fact that in the event of damage or loss of your property in this hotel the probability of damages, though relatively little is reduced to zero, so if you bribe the cost of accommodation or the location of the hotel will pre-weigh what is more important to you - comfort, convenience, the level of service or tight corners, expired products and boorish attitude, bordering on damages?
