The plumbing department staff helped solve my problem by offering several options. When one of the options didn't suit me, we made a refund without any problems. The service is good, just try to treat employees humanly and with understanding, and not from the point of view of "the customer is always right."

I rarely go to this store, only if something was missing from previous purchases or I forgot to buy something. The assortment is relatively small, and the location of the product leaves much to be desired. I want to say separately about consultants: one consultant per department and that one is useless — are you serious? After reading the comments, I realized that this problem has been around for years, but you are doing absolutely nothing. Not only do you need to find the right consultant, but there are also options.: 1) they will point their hand in the direction of the product; 2) they will come up and give the goods, but without saying anything, or they will say something quick and then run away. Maybe it's time to track the work of your sellers and teach them at least something? As not a particularly experienced person in terms of repairs, I would like to hear recommendations, consider options (together with a consultant), and perhaps buy something for the process. It's trivial to not want to spend half an hour searching for a consultant and the right position, who will say less than any girl from a one-minute video on TikTok. The only advantage is that there are fewer people here than in other stores (although this is not an advantage at all for the store).
