A lovely clean small hotel in the center of Alanya. New rooms. Special admiration for the kitchen! A good selection of salads, fruits, sweets. Always delicious grilled fish, veal, turkey. Walking distance to the beach is 7-10 minutes along the streets. The hotel is quiet. There is no animation, but I didn't need it. Small concerts 2-3 times a week at the pool bar. Mostly Germans, Poles... There is always something to drink at the bar! I plan to visit this hotel again.

Great hotel. Polite attitude of the staff, conscientious room cleaning.There is a transport service at sea. It is possible to walk. The entrance to the sea is clean. On the beach, things are guarded by beach staff. The kitchen is gorgeous: meat, fish, fruits, salads. The hotel is located within the city limits, which makes it possible not to get bored after dinner. There are a lot of interesting places to visit!
Tourists are friendly. I really liked it, I recommend it to those who do not know which hotel to choose.

I'm resting now on October 22, 2024. Last year I came for 2 days off to my vacationing relatives, I liked it - I decided to repeat it! The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is polite, the food is not varied, but everything is delicious. Cleaning is daily. There is transport to the beach, the entrance to the sea on the beach is great for me - plates. I put a four for a hammam, a sauna. We decided to go with my husband- there's nothing to talk about at all. Far from everything is clean, it's cold in the hammam, everything is just completely washed out in the sauna, it's scary to step on the floors, towels with a smell, either they are not washed or they are not dried! Massage and sauna $88 for two! I didn 't like it !!! I'm leaving tomorrow and I've ruined my vacation a little, but come on. Anyway, I recommend it in general! Solid "4". I'll come again🙏🙏🙏

We rested at the hotel in September 2024, the hotel is beyond praise. Everything is fine, the food, the staff, the hotel itself is very clean, we walked to Cleopatra beach for 10 minutes on foot, the beach and the sea are a miracle! Many thanks to the chefs, the waiters, the guys at the reception, everyone is great, hi Hilola, a wonderful Russian-speaking girl! I want to come back again and again❤

Let's start the story! The hotel itself is a strong urban 4-star located at a distance of three streets from the beach line. Renovation in 2023.
Guest relation - 5*, the girl Hilola is sensitive and attentive, in correspondence with her, acquaintance with the hotel began and she left the most pleasant impressions. During the rest, she responded to all requests and solved them.
Restaurant - 4*, there is always something to eat: meat, chicken, fish, side dishes and a standard set of salads, vegetables and fruits. You won't stay hungry. Something tastier is more, something less, but all the guests had full plates. During the week, the food is boring, but in general, the credit for this level of the hotel is just fine. Stroganoff meat is a separate love 😻 some dishes are not thrown away and served on the second day …
The room stock is 5*, everything is renovated, fresh and modern. Standard for a city hotel, it's just right to live alone in a room) it's already a little cramped for two, the air conditioner is working. It's noisy, yes, but it's still a city hotel.
The staff is 5*, everyone is smiling and happy to help. Purity and kindness. Not a single complaint or sideways glance. Bartenders, waiters, maids are positively charged.
The contingent is small, there are more Russians, Poles, Germans are present, there are almost no Turks
The territory is not there either, only the pool in the yard. It's clean and it'll go for a swim. Without evaluation
Alcohol - 2* and the trouble with that ... even the stated concept cannot stand ... only the local Class company ... white wine, pink (rare stuff), vodka, gin, aromatic vodka with juniper.... They pour it when you ask for cognac or rum .. when you ask for it exactly-exactly cognac or rum - they throw up their hands... like drink it. There are no cocktails. Beer is like Tuborg or Ephesus everywhere. We bought our alcohol at the Migros supermarket…

The beach - the beach itself is beautiful. The sand. Smooth approach. But it's 15 minutes away on foot or by transfer... there are dead sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.. you can't have your own water and beer, a peasant walks right around and forbids everyone like a hedgehog ... and in a bar on the beach prices bite 0.5 Efes 200t.Lire... almost 600₽ ... it's sad… keep in mind
There is no animation, and if there is anything, it is the bard on guitar on Saturdays. Noisy streets are also a little far away and this is a plus. You can take a walk, but crowds of tourists do not walk past the hotel and do not shout.

Мы останавливались в отеле на 2 дня.
Нам понравилось:
1) чистота, свежий ремонт.
2) работа персонала на 5+
3) хороший бассейн, классная музыка на баре
4) в основном отдыхают европейцы
5) тихо, спокойно, но нескучно
6) занималась фитнесом на огромном балконе, фитнес-центр есть ( но не дошла)
7) хорошие завтраки (все вкусно), обеды вообще на 5+ (форель - пальчики оближешь, да абсолютно все вкусно и выбор достойный), ужин тоже нормальный
8) вино белое сухое вкусное, большое выбор коктейлей (но я такое не пью), мужу пиво тоже понравилось
9) тусовки, пляж, все в шаговой доступности .. есть шаттлбас на пляж, но мы пешком добирались
10) душ, вся сантехника работает идеально, полотенца для пляжа выдают (но замена кажется платная, нам не понадобилась)
11) единственный минус - платный сейф (2 евро в сутки, но пережить этот момент можно)
AI по напиткам работает с 10:00 до 24:00
В целом достойное место, впечатлений об отдыхе точно не испортит. Анимации нет. Для отдыха с детьми я все же рассмотрела другие варианты, для пар
от 25 + отлично подходит.

we put shampoo and gel with soap every day.
Free large bottle of water, refrigerator and tea station, very convenient.
They didn't do wet cleaning, apparently they didn't understand me when I asked not to do it when checking in, and not all days😃😃
The view from the balcony is amazing both in the afternoon and in the evening, it's beautiful.
The breakfasts are normal, you eat heartily and you are full for a long time.
The weather was changeable, but I had enough of the Sun and the sea.
Cleopatra Beach is gorgeous, but...

We stayed 5 nights. We are from Almaty. We really liked the hotel. It's just great!!! My wife and I went to the sea to swim at 5 o'clock in the morning, every day. We were there from June 11th to the 16th. We still dream about this hotel!!! The food is very tasty and satisfying. And the sea...It's just amazing! We dream of living here again....

Удобное расположение в центре города, в шаговой доступности пляж Клеопатры и фуникулер. Нормальное питание и напитки. Номера современные, удобные. У нас был номер на 3 этаже с балконом. Вид на улицу и пальмы. Я была очень довольна.
Уборка своевременно, персонал вежливый и заботливый. Есть русскоговорящий сотрудник. Реагировали на все просьбы. Заселили по приезду на 2 часа раньше положенного, что очень приятно после долгой дороги.
От отеля остались самые приятные впечатления. Рекомендую однозначно.

A great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts, high-quality room cleaning, comfortable bed. Although the hotel is on a major street, it is quiet and peaceful. There are shops and bars nearby. No more than 1 km walk from the sea.

Семейный и гостеприимный комфортабельный отель !! Отдыхаем в апреле 2023! Прекрасный отель ! Свежий ремонт , хорошая качественная мебель , смена полотенец, уборка ежедневно, кормят просто великолепно!!! В номерах чайник, мини-холодильник , чай , кофе, 2 литра воды ежедневно . Очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал везде .. Восточный душевный прием Вам обеспечен на все 100 процентов

One of the best hotels in terms of price/ quality ratio from those where I've been. And I've been to many :) The most valuable thing in this hotel is the staff. Exceptional customer orientation. Well, the hotel itself is beyond praise: cleanliness, order, good food, decent drinks.
About the cons. Something has to be done with the beach. Umbrellas and sun beds are not only ancient, but also stand close to each other.

Прекрасный отель! Отдыхал во второй половине декабря 2022 года.
Хороший двухместный номер со всеми удобствами и сервисом на 7м этаже с видом на море и Аланийскую крепость))) Завтрак включен))) Отличная работа всего персонала отеля!!! Но особенно хочется отметить работу персонала ресторана и русскоговорящих регистратора на рецепшене Зейнеп и менеджера отеля Хилолу! Благодаря их прекрасной работе, радушию, вежливости и гостепримству, создавалась атмосфера тепла и не чувствовался языковой барьер! Спасибо, Вам Зейнеп и Хилола!
Вся эта радость всего за 297 евро за 10 ночей.
Улетал в 7 утра, приготовили завтрак в дорогу в ланчбоксе. Оценка 20 баллов!

Мы в этом отеле останавливались второй раз, первый раз в мае 2022 и второй раз в июне 2023. Второй раз мы жили в этом отеле почти месяц. За все это время мы не нашли минусов у отеля ( может быть только то, что очень вкусное печенье с кунжутом было только на ,так называемый , полдник). Очень приветливый, вежливый, всегда помогающий и идущий навстречу персонал. Еда очень вкусная, разнообразная и на завтрак и на обед и на ужин. Шеф-повар всегда присутствует в зале на обедах и ужинах. В номере чисто, убирались хорошо. Вечером можно посидеть в баре( отдельное спасибо бармену-его шутки и юмор были очень веселыми). Конечно, отдельное спасибо и благодарность Хилоле, она просто находка для этого отеля и для нас, отдыхающих, тоже. Когда мы приедем в следующий раз отдыхать в Аланию, то остановимся именно в этом отеле.

Удобный, гостеприимный отель. Море близко (15 минут пешком, ещё и возят по расписанию), пляж чудесный. В отеле хороший бассейн. Хорошая кухня. Есть хамам (за дополнительную плату). Хотели бы посетить отель ещё!

Топ за свои деньги. Не первая и не вторая линия. Тишина ночью, не слышно из соседних номеров абсолютно ничего. Были на авто, в отеле есть своя стоянка. В общем не пожалеете.
