There are no plastic cups, but you can pour into a decanter from the room and drink from glasses in the room. Everything is clean, there are enough towels and shampoos. The restaurants are interesting, but not budget-friendly. The location is good. The staff is polite, they will tell you everything. There is Wi-Fi both in the room and in the hotel downstairs, you can also charge it there. It's funny that there's a glass wall in the room and you can see the bed. A hammock, in my opinion, is not needed, but someone may like it. It looks nice, but it takes up space. It's decent to walk to the elevator if the room is at the end of the hotel. From the window on the 5th floor in the corridor you can see a wonderful view of the mountains! Convenient parking. The taxi is coming close. You can also call a taxi from the reception, but then the payment is in cash. I was satisfied.

A very nice place. The location is good!
The hotel itself was pleasantly surprised.
1- on the day of arrival, we upgraded to a room with separate rooms.
2- the room is large, clean and comfortable (living room, two rooms and two bathrooms)The room has everything and even more (for example, a dishwasher). Light control via Alice. Alice speakers in every room. Everything is modern!
3- good breakfasts, a choice for every taste.
The staff is attentive, all requests were fulfilled instantly.

I liked the hotel. It is conveniently located, near the shopping center there is a park, an Arbat (pedestrian street) and a cloud of cafes. The breakfasts are very tasty. I didn't have enough water bottles in the room, but the hotel positions itself as plastic-free, then the water is in the coolers on the floor. A shaving kit, a set of bamboo brush + mini paste, a shower cap, a file, a cotton pad and an ear stick are put in the bathroom. Everything used is replaced on the next day in the cleaning. The staff is very polite. There is a beautiful playground next to the hotel. I advise you to visit.

The perfect hotel. The rooms are clean, new, renovated. The breakfast is an excellent buffet with a variety of food. There are two restaurants and one cafe on site. The staff is helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean. And there are also modern Yandex stations with a smart home function. I liked everything, for such a price I have never met such a high level.

Удобное расположение.
Номера с кухней и всем необходимым для приготовления еды. Удобно тем, кто на диете, посту или с детьми.
Завтрак показался мне скудным. Я постилась, выбор блюд был маленьким. Готовая еда мне сообще не понравилась. Не вкусная. Смузи очень быстро кончались. С тех дней пребывания видела только один раз.
В номерах чисто, есть необходимые приборы. Чай, кофе машина.

In general, everything is standard for a hotel of this chain. The hotel is located in the same building as the Novotel, breakfast is served in the same restaurant. There is a very good choice for every taste at breakfast.
The star was removed for the noise from the window, even when closed, which interfered with sleep. We changed the room to a room with Windows to the courtyard, it got better.

In general, the hotel fully corresponds to its stardom: the breakfasts are excellent, there are controversial points in the rooms (an open storage system, a strange hanging chair), the service is good. It is confusing that you cannot adjust the temperature of the thermostat, only the intensity of the blowout, but these are small things. I lived during a business trip - everything was fine. I would not stay with a family with children because of the strange climate system in the room.

There is a nice and delicious restaurant adjacent to the hotel, although if you want to have dinner there, it is better to book a table in advance.

I liked everything! Very clean, modern, well-equipped rooms. A decent breakfast is probably boring for many days in a row, but you can have a delicious and varied breakfast for several days. There are 2 restaurants right in the building, another restaurant and one cafe are a minute's walk away. And there's a lot more within five minutes. It's not far to the center. The staff helped when help was needed, from calling a taxi to finding dentistry)

So this is the hotel, and, oddly enough, the room in which I lived, I remember. This is an unambiguous sign that I was happy there. There are hotel spaces where you still feel like a stranger. There are hotel spaces where you feel that you have been generously allowed to spend the night)... And it was comfortable in this hotel and room... It's almost homey. Somehow it felt like they took care of my comfort. Moreover, which is strange, I will not say that the rooms are any kind of style... Naturally, it is cozy and warm... Nice hotel, I liked it.

Not a bad hotel, clean, quite nice. Good cuisine, a large selection of food, and most importantly drinks, rooms are clean, bed linen too. Lots of shampoos, and shower gel. Stayed for 2 nights, in a standard room. On the second day, they forgot to update the paste, and the brush, the old ones were thrown away, also with a comb, I asked to be given. These are probably the only disadvantages that I have noted.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Almaty. With a story. It was in Soviet times the hotel "Kazakhstan", beloved by tourists and business travelers. But after privatization, the hotel underwent a deep reconstruction and now looks inside like a high-level chain western hotel. The interior is made as if this place is connected with the history of cinema. Excellent rooms, furniture, equipment, linen, well-trained staff. On the ground floor there is a rich and varied buffet in the morning. I stayed here twice in 2021 and 2023, and I plan not to change my location on new trips. Although there are several other decent options on the same street. Almaty is a capital city, and the hotel meets the criteria of the renovated Almaty.

I can't say that cooking is better than others. No. But the variety of dishes and fruits is excellent. I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time the breakfast bar is at the highest level. Останавливаюсь второй раз за год. Отель 4 звезды по наполнению, по обслуживанию и комфорту 3. Из плюсов расположение, приятный минималистичный интерьер без восточных мотивов, золота, отделки мрамором и пр.. Я оценила наличие куллеров на этаже в нескольких местах, чтобы не ходить по коридорам. Гораздо лучше, чем бутылки с водой в номерах, есть горячая вода и при желании можно выпить чай. Есть комната для глажки с 2-мя досками и утюгами, тут же раковина и кувшинчик для воды.👍
Из минусов: хороший по разнообразию завтрак, но подогрев блюд почти отсутствует и, придя на завтрак даже в 8, вы рискуете наслаждаться чуть теплыми омлетами, жареными колбасками, кашей и тд.. Нет больших чашек для любителей чая, как я. Постоянная проблема с салфетками, они стоят в подставках на столе, и нужно не забыть при поиске места убедиться, что они в наличии, в общем доступе их нет. На столах грязно, после гостей убирают посуду, не очень торопясь освободить столик, хотя мест не очень много, но не крошки. Так что вроде все есть, но куча мелких недочетов, которые портят немного настроение с утра.
Второй момент - это звукоизоляция. Лучше всего, если соседей за стенкой у вас не будет совсем, но это почти не возможно, так что, если невзначай проснетесь в ночи, будете слушать рулады разнообразных тембров. Но даже, если повезет, и ни один из гостей поблизости не храпит, окно пропускает звук с дороги, как будто оно и не закрыто.😏 Звуки из коридора само собой тоже никто не отменял, и дверь в ванную с неудачным замком, который вносит свою лепту в звуковой фон. Во второй приезд меня разместили в номере для инвалидов. Здорово, что и о людях с повышенными потребностями позаботились. Некоторые вещи все же не очень продуманы: например, фен в авоське с зеркала человек в коляске не в состоянии снять сам, графин для воды, стакан и чашки тоже стоят на верхней полке стеллажа. В ванной душ, и для колясочников оставлено много места, чтобы было удобно помыться, но перегородка только частично закрывает мокрую зону, а пол без подогрева из-за чего сразу после выключения воды немного прохладно и некомфортно, не знаю как в более холодное время, боюсь, сразу после душа нужен уютный халат в пол, которого в номере нет. Сам номер очень просторный по сравнению со стандартным, мне без надобности такие пространства, но инвалиду будет комфортно. Также есть дверь в смежный номер, если есть сопровождающий. Служба размещения при въезде меня не предупредила об особенностях номера, что наверное все же стоит делать, когда комната отличается от забронированной. Никакого недовольства, что они это не сделали, просто свидетельствует о некотором невнимании к гостям.
Если будут еще поездки в Алматы для меня альтернативы к сожалению нет, поскольку определяющим является местоположение.

A great new modern hotel! Convenient location. Large spacious hall on the ground floor. Three large elevators. Soft, quiet floors in the corridors and rooms. Номер несколько больше, чем я останавливалась раньше в Ибисах в Германии и России. Интересное оформление номера.
Завтраки отличные! Богатый выбор овощей, да и фруктов тоже. Не хватает хумус или какого-то другого растительного белка.
Кулер с водой, как обычно в этой сети, в коридоре.
Не хватило тумбочки или шкафчика, чтобы разложить вещи.
Сейф прямо над холодильником, так что ноутбук и другую электронику лучше не оставлять в сейфе - очень греется.
Персонал очень приветливый. Недочёты устраняют моментально. У меня в номере при заселении не работал кондиционер, быстро отремонтировали, пока я отходила по делам.
Отель удачно расположен. И очень востребован.

I do not recommend booking by phone. We arrived for the weekend with a child, early in the morning. I called the hotel - they said that there are places, come and check in right away. I have been there more than once and probably would hardly trade for any other in such a price category. One of the advantages is a good location, in the center. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The restaurant on the ground floor may not be the most delicious, but you will not stay hungry. Not bad breakfasts, there is everything you need. I won't say anything critical about the disadvantages. You can see stained windows in the room, the shower drain may not work. Sometimes the lights are turned off in the lobby after 12, even if there are people sitting there. Otherwise, everything is fine.

За свой прайс хороший современный отель. Номера не очень большие, но зато приятно уютные без "бабушкиного оформления" и с гамаком) Понравился подход к питьевой воде и пластику: набираешь сам в стеклянный графин из куллеров в коридоре. Расположение отеля удобное, центр.

Отличный отель. Всё на высшем уровне. Номера замечательные, постельное бельё свежее, кипельно белое, подушки и одеяло мягкие, завтрак отличный. Моющие принадлежности присутствуют, вплоть до одноразовой зубной щенки и пасты. Персонал вышколенный и приветливый. Единственная просьба, положить в ванную комнату шапочку для душа.)))

Гостиница просто супер! В номере есть все необходимое (апартаменты). Даже есть миникухня;) большой умный телевизор, на который можно транслировать изображение с телефона на Андроид ОС или с компа Windows. Много умных функций и сценариев. Хороший WiFi. Вкусный завтрак с небольшим разнообразием, но все продукты очень вкусные. Номера чистые, убирают хорошо! Расположение удобное, недалеко от него есть магазин на каждый день Магнум, буквально в 3-х минутах и обменный пункт в том же здании. Чуть дальше местный Арбат, все в пешей доступности, рестораны, бары. В общем, отель очень рекомендую, если по цене подходит.
