We ordered an avocado salad- great, one thing. The French fries, unfortunately, disappointed, the deep-fried oil had clearly not been changed for a long time, and there was a characteristic aftertaste. But the main disappointment is the onion soup, for which I came. It was too dark in color and strongly bitter, which absolutely does not correspond to the classic French recipe.The right onion soup gives a sweet caramel flavor, not bitterness. In response, it was especially unpleasant to hear from the cook that "this is how it should be." Such an attitude towards a guest looks like an attempt to justify a technological error. This is unacceptable for an institution of this level.
