Rude staff. It's not the first time a female cashier with blonde hair and huge eyelashes has distinguished herself, judging by the reviews, but for some reason the management turns a blind eye to this. So I'm faced with an unpleasant situation. I wanted to check the discounted product at the self-service checkout, but the device did not give out the discounted product (later, another consultant explained to me that yes, it does not show that the product is discounted, there will just be a discount when paying, and I give her a star for that). So, when I saw that the product had broken through at a different price, I just turned around and wanted to take it back, to which, in turn, this woman sitting at the checkout turned around and started shouting, addressed me as "you", which generally stunned me, and rudely confronted me for what I, Allegedly, I haven't paid for the goods and I'm going to leave. Her tone didn't change even after I explained to her why I wasn't paying for the goods. I ask the management to pay attention to those whom you hire, and also to figure out why self-service cash desks do not show a discount on goods, because when you buy something with a discount in a grocery store, the discount is displayed, but for some reason it is not here.

the store is generally large, but there is a very big but that pushed me away in principle to buy something in this store. the cashier girl was rude and yelled at the customer, couldn't explain anything properly, just talked in raised tones and screamed. this is at least disrespectful. moreover, the store employee was not even rude, but simply politely asked about the self-service checkout. the situation is sur, the impression is spoiled.
