So today I decided to ask if there is a tone of foundation I need, I did not find it on the shelves, only a tester. The girl started searching in a drawer under the shelves and found it. For some reason, I didn't even check, took it and bought it, but it turned out that the tube was already opened, the sticker that breaks at the first opening was already torn, the foil inside was removed, the foundation was poured into the cork in no small amount. I was very upset. It is not clear who opened it and who did what with this foundation. I think the consultant girl just didn't notice either, BUT why would I keep selling the opened jars? Why can't we leave them for the future, for testers, with two more years of service there. Perhaps one of the buyers did not have a tester when he opened it (also badly) and tried it, and the consultants simply put this opened tube in a shelf, so that they could give it to someone.
The foundation is not expensive, but it's still a shame and unpleasant, I don't want to use it now. I even thought about going to return it, but I'm sure no one would even talk to me, they say, you opened it yourself. I strongly recommend that all customers check the product for the integrity of the packaging, since the staff does not do this.
And by the way, there are absolutely no testers for many products, and there are no napkins at all.

I can't choose which color suits me better for a long time. I stand for 10 minutes, but the consultant stands at the back and does nothing! does not fit, does not ask when to other adults (please note, I am not 18 years old! I think that's why such a biased attitude towards me!) She comes up and helps. it is extremely inconvenient and unpleasant. I left the store for a while. later, I came to Mila again, and still decided to buy lipstick, I go to a small cash register. I'm standing and waiting for the consultant to come over and check me out. the consultant, in turn, passes by! I saw how some time ago she counted other customers at this checkout, and then left (she is not a cashier, but a consultant and has the right to leave the checkout if no one is with her). there was no indication on the cash register that it was not working or the like. Maybe she didn't notice me? I don't know, but I stood and waited for the calculation. I think, okay, I'll go to another checkout. I stood in line, they punched my lipstick, which cost 11.80, and due to the fact that I had no other money except for a twenty-ruble bill, I gave it to the cashier - 20 rubles. in turn, the cashier looked at me from under her brows and in an "important" tone, as if exalting herself above me, asked if I had less money. I replied that no, then she asks about the money on the card, I answer that there is no money on the card either. the cashier, hearing this, takes the bill and, rolling her eyes, begins to count the change. later, after counting the change, he holds out 5 rubles in one bill, and on top there are many small coins (1,2,5,10,20 kopecks). everything would have been fine if she had just put it or given it to me, but she threw them on my saucer! I didn't just put it down, I threw it up. you can't say that she threw the money, but you can't say that she just put it down. also, please note that she saw that I had only one hand free, since in my left I had: a jacket, a purse, lipstick (which I just bought) and a package on takeaway with food. I think you've already realized how hard it was for me to take these pennies that flew into the saucer. you know, it's not a very pleasant attitude towards customers, considering that I wasn't rude and my behavior was absolutely adequate, there just wasn't a bill smaller than 20 rubles. Of course, you have a good assortment! in this case, everything suits me, only the attitude towards customers, and especially to visitors ( it was noticeable, because I was here for the first time and went, looked at the assortment + all the things were in my hands, (I didn't know where to put them or take them) and I often got confused in this store) slightly lame. it didn't really hurt me or offend me in any way, for the most part I didn't care about it after the purchase. but please do not make such mistakes in the future when serving customers! thank you! and the lipstick is great, I like it, I didn't regret buying it. there are testers.
