On March 18, I spent the whole day in the traffic police region to undergo technical inspection of the car.But the computer does not issue a database of cars of foreign citizens. I was sent to the traffic police Department, but they couldn't open the database there either. Technical department of the Regional Traffic Police,license plate issuance department and a private organization for technical inspection in the traffic police region cannot answer my question how to pass the inspection. Moreover, they say that I am not the first to encounter this problem. Please tell me where to apply to undergo a technical inspection of the car.
