Good afternoon. I want to leave a review about the service at the eye microsurgery clinic. I had an examination of the fundus. Accordingly, the thinning of the retina was revealed and an operation was proposed to strengthen the fundus with a laser. The operation cost 3,200 lei. After the procedure, the doctor told me to come for monitoring. She did not warn that the control was paid. When I called the clinic to make an appointment for monitoring, they told me to come for monitoring in 10 days, but I missed this moment and, accordingly, called later. And I was told that since a month has passed, the control will cost 500 lei. If you had come before the end of the month, the control would have cost 350 lei. I asked them, and I said, wait, but monitoring is a quality check of your doctor's work. Why should I pay for it? It should be free. To which the operator replied, you are very wrong, that it should be free. In any other private clinic, no matter when you visit them, an eye fundus check costs 350 lei. In this clinic, they're trying to charge you double the price even for something that should be free.
