We lived in several rooms, first we booked a room with a hammam for 2 days, then a standard room for a day. The hammam did not work on the first day, they promised to resolve the issue of compensation, in the end, nothing, they behaved very badly, all the time the new administrator, to whom you explain everything anew, pretends that he just heard about the problems. It was fixed on the 2nd day, but the room is completely fucked up, not good-looking, a complete disappointment. The standard room is normal, there are no questions about it, breakfast is also normal.

We stayed at this hotel from February 9 to February 15, 2026. The staff is very friendly and responds to any of your requests. The location is great. For the first time I saw a hotel room with ceilings of 6 meters, it's beautiful! Cleaning, cleanliness- everything is fine. I definitely recommend it

We spent 7 nights at the hotel, extremely positive impressions. Yes, the room itself is a little tired, but nevertheless very beautiful, we also had high ceilings, a view of the avenue, and a partial view of the Bosphorus. The rooms are carefully cleaned and towels are changed every day, and the view from the roof, where breakfast is held, is simply magnificent - you can see the Sultanahmet district, several mosques, Galata Bridge (which is located right at the exit of the hotel). Actually, the main advantage of the hotel is its location. Galata Tower is 5 minutes away, Galata Bridge is right next to the hotel, there is also a bus and tram stop. To Sultanahmet district - cross the bridge.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Karakey district. Near the bridge over the Golden Horn and the railway station with a passenger port. The ceilings in the rooms are under 4 meters. It is decorated inside in the Turkish style of the early 20th century. Test.

An entourage place, suites with a ceiling height of 6 meters overlooking the Galata Bridge. For the above, the absence of a refrigerator in the room and shabby furniture is forgivable, the price tag is really not particularly humane right now. Not far around the corner there is a chic shawarma with fish, the market is also 300 meters away

On Yandex.Travel was indicated that the hotel has a hammam. It turned out to be a separate room with a hammam. If you are staying on the top floor, then from 5 a.m. you will hear cooking in the kitchen. Of the advantages, good transport accessibility

Positive: super location! Transport interchange in any direction. All stops are nearby. It is convenient to get from anywhere in the city. A cool veranda with a great view!! It's just a huge bed! Nice pillows. Cons: not very varied breakfasts, tired rooms, poor cleaning. In general, I recommend this hotel, since we practically did not stay in hotels. If we go again, we'll definitely stop here!

Very nice hotel! The location is convenient, near the metro station and tram stop. There is a cafe nearby. Good breakfasts with a beautiful view. Everything is clean, warm, and cleaned every day. There are Russian-speaking staff. It's a little noisy, because the windows overlook the road.

Nice cozy hotel right by the bridge. The rooms are small but authentic and have high ceilings, a spacious shower, and a basic set of accessories. A small comfortable cafe on the roof, nice to have breakfast with a view of the Bosphorus. Of the cons: Do not be fooled by the view from the room window, they can give you a room on the 2-3 floor, it will not be visible, and the building itself is not located on the first line of the Bosphorus. WiFi is not happy at all, and sometimes it disappeared for the whole day. Well, the price tag is clearly a little too high, but these are the times

A lovely hotel with a very good location. There is a port nearby, a tram stop and a funicular to Istiklal Street, so you can get to any part of the city. The staff is very friendly, speak English, and are ready to answer any questions. The rooms are nice, cozy and comfortable. Good breakfasts. We also ordered a transfer to the airport and everything went well. I definitely recommend it.

Not very impressed ! In general, like Istanbul, it's because of tourists that the prices are cosmic. For people as simple as me, to visit the observation tower of 100€, what kind of prices are these
